Not just a ditch with some water in it, this is an actual named creek in Colorado Springs. The water comes from a natural spring, this is 'Mesa Creek' on the West Side of Colorado Springs.

The shooting location for Emmett's shop was on The 40 Acres Lot in Culver City, only three miles as the crow flies from the Vacuum-Lamps store on Pico Boulevard. Defunct 40 Acres was also home base for Hogan's Heroes: sometimes you can catch a palm tree in the background, in the snow-patched landscape; now called Hayden Place.
Hi guys! Who said I was going away?!
It is truly sad, yes, but having an expired pro account isn't gonna stop me from bombarding you with comments and faves for your magnifiscent photos! It isn't enough for me to stop being friends with inspiring people. So no, I'm not going anywhere. I have limited privileges but that isn't really important. Right?
Anyway, I think I'm gonna "launch" my new portfolio. Mind checking it out? I have both old and new photos posted there. I also have some outtakes. :)
Also more photos from this set are found there.

P.S: I swear to God, I lost my ability to hear while I was taking photos on this set. I was doing a cover for the Battle of the Bands in our town. Not a big deal, huh? Well, unless you know that it's the HEAVY DEATH METAL kind of bands. OMG. I WILL NEVER DO THIS AGAIN. The screaming! The screeching! The horror!
++sneak peak on the comments below. please visit my portfolio for more, ok? thank you!

Like playing in a band. Like painting or drawing. Like dancing.
Like blowing up things. Like naming stars. Like naming colors.
Like taking photos! Man, I'd kill to have a job like this.
I would always have a smile like this plastered on my face.

P.S: I completely forgot that today was Tuesday thus, I forgot to shoot an SP. God, how could I forget my day?! How could I forget my own name!? Pathetic, am I not? Anyhow, this was from the festival shoot that I uploaded yesterday. My friend, Jamaica, took this shot. I hope this counts. Whatever. I decide that it does so it does. Right? lol.
This hot chocolate was probably the best part of my day. It took me 3 hours to get to Uni today. There were problems on my train line and and there were hour delays, when the train finally started moving, it broke down a couple stations along so we all were stranded with no connecting busses to the city or anything. So I had to walk a fair way to the nearest tram into the city, but when I got there, the trams were all very full but I decided to squeeze on one anyway and I was right up against the door. Then a couple stops along, a homeless man wanted to get on and we were all saying to him no it is too full and he can’t get on, but he persisted to get on and he was pushed right up against me and as the doors closed and we started moving, i noticed all the bugs crawling around in his hair and the horrible smell he carried with him and I had to get off. I then walked to another tram line and took that into the city and finally arrived to class with only half an hour left of the lesson. When I got home, I just flopped onto bed and slept four hours until dinner. But at least the hot chocolate was good
