Y alguno dirá si valió la pena... El contexto socio cultural que encierra el palais... yo no pinte como en la calle, pinte en el palais... el hambre de muchos chicos es la moda de otros,
la desnutrición de muchos es la anorexia de otros (Susana Reinoso ) , lo que es miseria para el conurbano bonaerense es el glamour menemista para otros, para el que no es de este paÃs y no sabe mucho, la cara del personaje ese que emula ser un empapelado barroco es la cara de ex presidente que vendió nuestro presente, y alrededor están todos los actos de corrupción mas impunes de la ultima época con la venta de armas, el primer piquete, su Ferrari, la corte suprema de la cual era dueño, los viajes por el famoso nefasto un dólar un peso que nos hipoteco, y varios sucesos mas que están representados en la sÃntesis de ese empapelado barroco y que quede bien claro el glamour menemista para esa parte de la recoleta careta de capital "mi hambre es tu moda !!!"
La realeza con lo cual quiero decir que no quiero ser artista de galeria o por lo menos no lo pretendo; que la lucha aborigen por sus derechos fueron robados por tatarabuelos de los que manejan las economias y por ende lo relaciono a las galerias lujosas de aire europeo, yo tengo el aire del aborigen. y no hago obras de lujo, hago lo que siento.
EL derecho de ignorar tiene razón limitada.

Not just a ditch with some water in it, this is an actual named creek in Colorado Springs. The water comes from a natural spring, this is 'Mesa Creek' on the West Side of Colorado Springs.

The shooting location for Emmett's shop was on The 40 Acres Lot in Culver City, only three miles as the crow flies from the Vacuum-Lamps store on Pico Boulevard. Defunct 40 Acres was also home base for Hogan's Heroes: sometimes you can catch a palm tree in the background, in the snow-patched landscape; now called Hayden Place.

It is truly sad, yes, but having an expired pro account isn't gonna stop me from bombarding you with comments and faves for your magnifiscent photos! It isn't enough for me to stop being friends with inspiring people. So no, I'm not going anywhere. I have limited privileges but that isn't really important. Right?

P.S: I swear to God, I lost my ability to hear while I was taking photos on this set. I was doing a cover for the Battle of the Bands in our town. Not a big deal, huh? Well, unless you know that it's the HEAVY DEATH METAL kind of bands. OMG. I WILL NEVER DO THIS AGAIN. The screaming! The screeching! The horror!

P.S: I completely forgot that today was Tuesday thus, I forgot to shoot an SP. God, how could I forget my day?! How could I forget my own name!? Pathetic, am I not? Anyhow, this was from the festival shoot that I uploaded yesterday. My friend, Jamaica, took this shot. I hope this counts. Whatever. I decide that it does so it does. Right? lol.

Richard, www.flickr.com/photos/92883864@N02/ , new to Flickr, but a very accomplished photographer whose work can also be seen on: www.geofflawrence.com/photopost//showgallery.php/cat/500/... , gave me quite an interesting push: to do a macro but in such a way that there would also be a reflection of the macro (!!). I suppose there are many ways of accomplishing this...the weather was quite stormy in Nîmes where I'm spending the weekend, but I did manage to find some wild flowers and a pheasant feather...and then use the mirrored surface of a bowl to get the reflection and take these shots. The biggest challenge was trying to deal with the imperfections of the bowl at the macro level, and so off to photoshop I went. I found that the shots taken outdoors which also reflected the sky and the wall of a building nearby added unexpected dimensions and lessened the appearance of the bowl's scratches.
