Every time I fly, my perspective on things always changes. Because looking out that window, all I think about is how fucking small we are, we aren't shit. And I just think it's funny because we think we are the best, the biggest, unstoppable. When in the end, it's the complete opposite. I mean, just look at what happened to the dinosaurs.

Taken in the morning as the sun was coming over the dunes. At first I was disappointed with the two guys in the scene. Then they moved to be right in the bright line and it also gave a perspective of the size.

When your temporary house is this small against your natural surroundings, you develop a certain sense of perspective. The little green tent, to the left of centre, is dwarfed by its backdrop. After a wild night, the beautifully tranquil morning with barely a breath of wind was a revelation. And the feeling of remoteness as I wandered round with my camera was immense. The best attribute of the Cairngorms.

Life in our city becomes intolerable and we have to get out. It is very difficult. We escape to the countryside on the slopes outside the town. But none of the people who live in the country want to help us. We are bringing the plague. I look down at our city. Everything looks strange and perspective doesn't work any more. We climb the hills into the woods and we really don't know what is going to happen to us

Went back to my go-to park for photo opportunities. This is looking up support post to the roof structure of a "ghost building" representative of the airplane hangars that once occupied this site.

A book town in West-Flanders. Also a nice place for a walk :) I took this photo from a little bridge over the canal.

Every walk is full of perspectives

Once again, the city refused to transition to the metric system and misread cm as feet.

A pull back from the Kelpie Sculptures to give some idea of their size in comparison to this crane. (see prior image of Kelpies for more on history and story.)

It’s all a matter of perspective.

Took some artistic licence with this one. I guess it's ok.
