The canopy walk. The stunning Ulu Temburong National Park is the easiest entry into the pristine rainforest that has been left untouched, unlike much of the rest of Borneo. You have to join a tour if you want to avoid complex permits. Most tours go by boat from Bandar and last two days.12/01/2013, Temburong, Brunei.

Una iniciativa que permita fincar a los municipios la obligación de establecer centros o unidades de tratamiento que generen la depuración del contenido químico de los líquidos residuales que se vierten al sistema de drenaje, presentó el diputado César Augusto Marcor Ramírez.
El legislador del Verde Ecologista propuso reformar y adicionar a la Ley de Agua, a la Ley de Salud y a la Ley del Equilibrio Ecológico y Protección al Ambiente, todas del Estado de Sonora.
Con esta medida, dijo, se estará en posibilidad de tratar y sanear el agua residual, empleando para ello los organismos operadores que el mismo Municipio designe y que están autorizados por la normatividad vigente.

“As regras existem para serem quebradas!”
Esta afirmação, que ouvi a um mestre nos primeiros tempos em que começava a minha aprendizagem da imagem, será a única regra universal. No que à composição de imagem diz respeito e à vida no seu todo!
Pensando apenas na imagem, servem as regras para uniformizar os códigos de comunicação, para que quem comunica tenha alguma certeza que o que quer transmitir chega correctamente interpretado ao receptor.
Isto é tanto mais verdade quanto mais fugaz for o consumo das imagens. Quer se trate de imagens animadas ou estáticas, o tempo de leitura é, face ao excesso de imagens existentes, diminuto. Isto impõe ao autor ou emissor limitações na forma como gere o espaço, como distribui os elementos primários e secundários, nas linhas que usa ou que cria, na utilização dos ritmos e harmonias.
Tudo isto “deverá” estar acessível para uma leitura rápida e fácil, de interpretação inequívoca. Quando não, a ponte comunicativa quebra-se.
Mas a regras na composição de imagem são, como todas as regras, limitações à expressão individual. Estou em crer que os criadores de imagens verdadeiramente livres terão sido os nossos antepassados que se exprimiam em penedos e paredes de cavernas, esquecidos ou ignorantes dos limites do espaço usado ou de regras para o fazerem. Um pouco como as artes dramáticas até ao séc. XVII/XVIII, em que a gestão cénica era bem mais minimalista e muito mais implícita que explícita.
Nos tempos que correm, não respeitar as regras de composição e gestão do espaço pictórico (e refiro-me à ocidentalidade da imagem) pode ter vários motivos.
A incapacidade ou ignorância em fazê-lo, resultando no seu autor em frustração por falta de agrado ou compreensão por parte do público;
Experiências por parte de contestatários ao instituído, em geral jovens, em busca de novas abordagens e de quebra com as tradições a gerações precedentes. Destas tentativas, na imagem e em todas as outras actividades humanas, a maioria fica pelo caminho mas alguns, felizmente, abrem novas linhas e perspectivas. Que venham mais!
Uma consciente subversão das regras para, propositadamente, dificultar a interpretação ou criar incómodo no público ou receptor. Fazer o oposto ou diferente do habitual, controladamente, para quebrar a indiferença, criar suspense e obter reacções.
Mas num mundo de imagem (e é-o para parte dos seres humanos) o seu uso aumenta exponencialmente. Na quantidade, na variedade, no suporte.
O tempo que cada consumidor dedica a cada imagem que recebe (estática ou animada) é cada vez menor, que há sempre mais e mais a ver e que a sociedade de consumo e de velocidade não permite parar para desfrutar.
Assim, aqueles que usam a imagem como forma de comunicação vão ficando cada vez mais presos às regras de composição aprendidas por criadores e consumidores. Porque se não as respeitar, se a sua leitura não for imediata e fácil, o público parte em busca da facilidade.
Resta, a quem cria imagem, três abordagens:
Ser particularmente cauteloso na forma como quebra as regras, caso tenha que as produzir por obrigação.
Ou, se for suficientemente poderoso para as impor, usá-las a seu bel-prazer, sabendo que serão aceites, ainda que não interpretadas em conformidade.
Ou, ainda, ter uma atitude de indiferença perante o público, criando o que lhe apetece sem se preocupar com a sua aceitação ou rejeição.
Em qualquer dos casos, o conhecerem-se as regras de composição de imagem e de comunicação torna-se vital, nem que seja para incomodar ou perturbar pela sua negação!

To enter the national park at Bukit Lawang you need a permit. No word docs here, no sirree. The permit is typed out - complete with carbon paper. Superb. When's the last time anyone used carbon paper??? Anyway, this is my permit being typed up.
In case your wondering... 20,000Rp for the entry permit, and another 50,000Rp for a camera permit. No permit required to take shots of typewriters. So, about AU$10 for park entry.
