One pin off a perfect 300 bowling game. That's 11 strikes and one 9-spare (and yes, just to add to the suspense, that last remaining pin wobbled but never fell). The kicker, of course, is that I started the next game with a four-bagger.

A Perfect Circle is an American rock supergroup formed in 1999 by guitarist Billy Howerdel and Tool vocalist Maynard James Keenan. A Perfect Circle has released four studio albums, the first three during the early 2000s: Mer de Noms, their debut album in 2000, and followed up by Thirteenth Step in 2003; then in 2004, Emotive—an album of radically re-worked cover songs titles. Shortly after Emotive's release, the band went on hiatus; Keenan returned to Tool and started up solo work under the band name Puscifer; and Howerdel released a solo album, Keep Telling Myself It's Alright, under the moniker Ashes Divide. Band activity was sporadic in the following years; the band reformed in 2010, and played live shows on and off between 2010 and 2013, but fell into inactivity after the release of their greatest hits album, Three Sixty, and a live album box set, A Perfect Circle Live: Featuring Stone and Echo in late 2013. The band reformed in 2017 to record a fourth album, Eat the Elephant, which was released on April 20, 2018.

So last night here in Bardstown Kentucky we got ourselves a heck of a storm. And where was I? Outside photographing it. The rain started pretty early so I had to shoot most from the deck under the awning. I kept running through the house from the front door to the back because it was going down all around us. A couple bolts actually fell pretty close. One in particular was so close that I could see glowing embers from the tree or telephone pole that it hit.
This is what I would like to see in perfect world, a house, a huge backyard filled with tree, sunny but not torturous and of course a pleasent blue sky.... Perfect day for me to do nothing..

Laurel and I laughed so hard after this 'jump'. The horse went up to the jump like she was going to jump it like normal, but no. Instead, she stops, and springs straight up in the air and clears it, while practically standing. Perfect, Dee. Perfect. PS. She was like 25 years old.

This Typhoon of 11 sqn picked the best possible moment for my position to break into the circuit at RAF Leuchars with the light making the sky the darkest blue and sunlight catching all the surfaces.
I love the view from the ridge top trail at Daniels....you can see down the steep slope to the river. I'm not a fan of heights but as long as I don't get close to the edge I'm fine. Remy is like a little mountain goat but I don't let him get too high either.
