Maroon Bells in the fall. Photo taken the morning of October 1, 1979 using a Minolta SLR and Kodachrome 64 film. I was on a week's vacation from my job at Coca-Cola. I arrived in Aspen on the evening of September 30th, and next morning before dawn drove out to the "Bells". For the next 4 days the color and weather in Colorado was outstanding. My timing could not have been better.
Warkworth Beach, Warkworth, Northumberland. We kept being awed by one fabulous, very nearly empty beach after another. Warkworth Beach did not disappoint.
You've gotta love a good cold Guinness draft!
What you see there is my trusty Holga, on which i took more photos than on this olympus camera, and my studies for the very final german language exam!
On that note, I think I should tell you all that I'm now(finally) graduating from college! :D

My new Orange Tabby Perfect Petzzz. It's very strange, it's a fake cat that sleeps with a breathing sound and movement.

Water-based ink will leave a very soft, durable finish.
The plus side to the low opacity is water based will give great results when printing full-colour photographic images as the ink blends really nicely. Water based inks are generally considered to be the most eco-friendly, as they are water soluble.
100% eco-friendly water-based inks are:
• hypoallergenic
• odourless, non-toxic and safe for children
• certified to the most strict environmental standards
• soft-to-the-touch prints which can be safely ironed
We print almost 85% of advertising clothing with screen printing. It is a print with the highest resistance to washing and abrasion. I like this shot, not because of any rule of photogrpahy - framing, focus, colors etc - but because this is such a genuine smile :)
"The music of the Hermit never startles you; it is in such perfect harmony with the surroundings it is often passed by unnoticed, but it steals upon the sense of an appreciative listener like the quiet beauty of a sunset. Very few persons have heard him at his best. To accomplish this you must steal up close to his forest sanctuary when the day is done, and listen to the vesper hymn that flows so gently out upon the hushed air of the gathering twilight. You must be very close to the singer or you will lose the sweetest and most tender pathetic passages, so low are they rendered--in the merest whispers. I cannot, however, agree with Mr. Burroughs that he is more of an evening than a morning songster, for I have often observed that the birds in any given locality will sing more frequently and for a longer period in the morning than in the evening. I prefer to hear him in the evening, for there is a difference; the song in the morning is more sprightly--a musician would say "has greater brilliancy of expression"--and lacks the extreme tenderness of the evening song, yet both have the same notes and the same "hymn-like serenity." The birds frequently render their matinal hymns in concert and the dwellers in a grove will burst out together in one full chorus, forming a grander "Te Deum"--more thrilling--than is voiced by surpliced choir within cathedral walls. On one occasion an Indian hunter after listening to one of these choruses for a time said to me, "That makes me feel queer." It was no slight influence moved this red-skinned stoic of the forest to such a speech." M. Chamberlain (1882)
Just loved the cloudscape I came across the other day after a rainstorm. Reminded me of Lionsgate intro.
