Pathway in the jungle

Today I went into University to have a chat with my tutor about my dissertation. He had lots of positive things to say about it and gave me lots of amendments to make before the 29th, so all-in-all a positive day. I've wanted to take a shot of this gateway for over four years now (I did my undergraduate degree at the same institution) and today was finally the day! Yay! I might revisit it on the 29th, but we'll see. Partially inspired by DevilFishMark's photo - check out his photostream for some lovely lovely architecture shots and cracking dereliction :)

Magic pathway at the back of the tower. Looks like some secret garden type stuff.

Springtime on the clifftop in evening light

Pretty pathway by church, St Brelade, Jersey C.I.

Lying in Peterhead.

A Saturday well spent in Latham Springs- connection, bonding, worship, teaching.

Tree lined pathway in the Ted Ensley Gardens at Lake Shawnee in Topeka, Kansas.

Redwoods at the Okoroire Hotel and Hot Springs. The path leads down to the Hot Springs complex (which is around 100 years old) and the river complete with rapids. Unfortunately it isn't easy to get good shots of the river because of the bush.

Sunlit pathway walking down the hill from Auckland Domain... I guess this is another shot where it looked much prettier in real life... I think this is okay, but it doesn't really reflect the quality of the light.

Possibly outside the Tiagarra Aboriginal Culture Centre & Museum

Photo from my print collection - photos from this set are from all around the world and don't stick to any theme except that they look good on canvas or frame
