This was the very steep pathway my father & I took back down the mountain. This was also taken before it started raining & raining. Sad to say, but I was the last person back down. I suck.

Typical of the beauty that is the grounds of Beamish Museum is this leafy pathway. This particular one leads from near the entrance to the colliery village and is used by hundreds of visitors every day, many of whom probably don't even notice the spectacle that they pass through.
