The secret to cooking great pasta is to make it slightly chewy or al dente as shown above. I prefer the iron-fortified variety that supplies maximum nutrition.
This photo was taken by a Kowa/SIX medium format film camera and KOWA 1:3.5/55mm lens with a Zenza Bronica 67mm SY48•2C(Y2) filter using Kodak 400TX film, the negative scanned by an Epson Perfection V600 and digitalized by Photoshop.
I always photograph in manual mode and I used the Canon 7D camera with standard 15-85mm lens.
The lighting equipment I have is:
- large softbox with grid
- silver umbrella
- diffuser umbrella
- gold reflector
- white foam board
fatta in casa...il giorno del solstizio di primavera...che si fa per amore! e dire che se mi vedessero i colleghi non ci crederebbero mai!ma chi l'ha detto che le donne in carriera non sanno cucinare?! io lo adoro...specialmente se poi l'invitato d'eccellenza si lecca i baffi..sia esso elfo, folletto, troll o altra strana creatura;-)
