Is it a lavender?
My brain is filled with my new job!! I have a low-paid part-time job. Well, just take it as a charity work. :p So, now I work in a juice bar. How to make lavender tea? I believe it's half water and half ice then with the lavender topping. Gosh!!! It is really a good way to train my brain to remember so many things in a short time~~

I asked Sarah for a photo yesterday when I went to my part time job. I am there only twice a weeks so five days go by before I am back again each week and boy how fast things change. She was working the front desk and we had not yet met. We had been in need of a front desk person. Yet again.... I was drawn to her eyes and she has this Elizabethan quality about her. I had to take her photo. We step outside when she had a free moment and this is what I got. She is very sweet and planning a wedding soon. She was excited I was a photographer. I have lots of time now to get to know Sarah when I am around again next week.

This is a picture of my name used in different languages from Japanese, English, Sri Lanka, Hindi, Thai, Russia, Cambodia, Arabic, Chinese, Korean, Egyptian and other languages. I got these names from different people around the world from my part time job I had worked in Nagasaki, Japan. At my work place there was an special event that took place and it was called an international day which people from all over the world come and eat and socialize and have fun. Also, on that day there was a time where the people from different countries could write their names in different languages. I think this picture represents languages because its a matter of languages that had wrote my name in different languages.
In 1987, I moved to Minneapolis for the part-time job at First Bank. I eventually ended up renting a first floor apartment in a fourplex on Stevens Avenue, between 26th and 28th, not far from the Art Institute. I remember this period very fondly. It was my own space.
Dorothea was as well in the Twin Cities at this time, and long story short, we ended up moving in together into an second floor apartment in that building in the Fall of 1989. This a few of that apartment. Note the 8088 IBM clone, the whale poster, most of the furniture, which I had gotten at an auction a couple of years before, the easy chair in the back left corner which is currently in our basement "rec room," my dad's table from when he was a bachelor, the coffee table that my brother Gary made in 1955, and on and on. This would have been a year or so after he died, and about the time that my mom sold the house and moved into an apartment, so hence that the room looks pretty full.

Funny late fall was the last time i walked. and since i got a part time job its funny fate has crammed me next to a chain smoker... after i just quite three years now WTF... so much for trying to be healthy God.. forbid the next fool doctor that asks me if i smoke,, ill kill em...................

City of Cincinnati will celebrate the official grand opening of Mahogany’s on The Banks with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday afternoon to welcome a new addition to The Banks development along Cincinnati’s riverfront.
Mahogany’s at The Banks, the second location for Co-owner and Executive Chef Liz Rogers offers southern cuisine with over four generations of homemade family recipes from friend chicken and waffles, to deep dish southern-style peach cobbler.
The new restaurant represents a total investment of over $1 million and has created roughly 54 new full and part time jobs.
Amanda T. Jenkins began overseeing the Titusville Library in late January. Before joining the Birmingham Public Library (BPL), Jenkins served as the circulation department head at Albert L. Scott Library in Alabaster.
A Birmingham native, Jenkins has a bachelor’s in science degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a master of library and information studies from the University of Alabama. Jenkins has been busy meeting patrons and neighborhood leaders over the past two-and-half months, and is excited to be a part of the Titusville community.
“I've worked part-time for the Birmingham Public Library system in the past, and I loved it. I'm thrilled to begin working in Birmingham again, as promoting literacy and public service are my greatest passions,’ Jenkins said.
Jenkins worked part-time jobs at the Springville Road and Eastwood Libraries, and the Vestavia Hills Library in the Forest while earning her master's degree. Upon earning her MLIS, she was employed at Virginia College before joining the Albert L. Scott Library in Alabaster.
So, another day at the part time job trying to keep myself entertained at work as it was a slow day!

In Izakaya, I can have dinner called Makanai in Japan before the work.
Makanai service is available only to staffs.
September 17th, I went to Tokyo Disney Land with staff in the shopping mall where I do a part time job. The tour’s name is ‘’Summer Staff Bus Tour!’’. The tour’s good point is the cost. The cost is just 3000yen include go and back bus fare!! The day was very crowded and very hot. But I enjoyed so much!! I ate pizza, caramel popcorn, mango sherbet and pumpkin mousse. My family and I love popcorn of Disney Land. We always buy it to eat after we get home. But I forgot to buy chocolate popcorn to take home. My mother said ‘’I wish I ate popcorn of Disney Land!!’’

For Khine Mar, it has been a hard year. His family had to flee their home village to conflict and insecurity, leaving behind their rice fields and belongings. Khine Mar managed to secure a part-time job as a health assistant at the Camp Management Centre while also performing his parental duties such as helping his children with their studies and managing all the house chores with extreme devotion.
But as the COVID-19 crisis deepened, Khine Mar lost all sources of income. “It has not been easy for us since the pandemic hit. Some organizations provided us with assistance such as food and essentials, but travel and access restrictions made such support irregular”, he said.
So he sought domestic work around his neighbourhood but there was little demand. He thought he had left such uncertainty behind when he fled his home village. Khine Mar was among other residents of the camp to receive a cash transfer of 65,000 MMK, provided by LIFT through its partners as a means to help IDPs cover their most basic food needs or purchase other basic items and services to protect themselves from COVID-19 and its socio-economic impacts.
“It’s the first time I receive such significant support and it was timely and helpful”, said Khine Mar of the cash transfer.
He used part of the payment to buy food for his children and is cooking more nutritious meals for his children. By scaling up multi-purpose cash transfer assistance, food assistance in kind and vouchers, cash/food for work schemes, psychosocial support and counselling services for trauma and gender-based violence, LIFT and partners have reached over 131,000 vulnerable people with social protection programmes in 2021 alone. THE OLD MIDLAND RAILWAY LANGTON DOCK BRANCH GOODS RAILWAY CUTTING WAS FILLED IN TO SLAB LEVEL AND THE REMAINING RAILWAY BRIDGE ARCHWAY WAS USED BY THE LOCAL COMMUNITY TO HAND PAINT THE 'TIME TUNNEL MURALS'.
LATER ASDA SUPERMARKETS CREATED A 40,000 SQUARE FOOT 'ECO -- SUPER STORE' ON THE SITE, THAT OPENED IN 2008. CREATING 350 NEW FULL AND PART-TIME JOBS.

I have noticed a lot of bees hanging out by the yellow flowers which are located on the cactus. It was hard getting pictures while trying not to get stung, there were hundreds of them.
