Once in a while - I do take a non-bird photo :) This is a shot of a puddle with ice, etc. in the road.
An abandoned farm house in the middle of a field, about 15 miles northeast of Oklahoma City. You are looking at the kitchen, known from the previous picture.
Full Moon, 2 minute exposire. Blue gelled strobe inside the house.

I doubt i need to tell you what is hidden in the background. Its so hard to find new images of this world famous view. I shot this for a really low angle and the blue cast was from the Christmas tree that was behind me.
Centuries ago many people believed that the Earth was at the centre of the Universe and was surrounded by crystal spheres. In the modern age science fiction writers and some scientists would have us believe in a "Parallel Universe" where there is an alternative existence. I have tried to recreate this in a photographic image. If one had an optical device that could look at Earth from a light year away, we would see ourselves in the past.
On the way to fly back to Japan, I found another airplane flying in parallel. It's the first time for me to see such a scene!

The running gear is almost perfectly parallel to the platform in East Strasburg while waiting to depart with the last trip of the day.

On the first day of summer, the sun sets on the BNSF tracks northwest of the UP diamond at Rochelle. To get this shot, I walked legally across the small pedestrian walkway, and, even though it was gated, I looked both ways before takking a quick shot.
I swear, taking pictures of Venice is like cheating at photography....
