Chelsea Market likes to always pick a central theme for it's Christmas decorations. This year, they decided to go very low-key and decorate entirely with recycled paper.
I'm still not sure what I think of their Holiday displays this year. The recycling of papers is great for the environment, but it does look very plain and drab. It does fit well with the distressed industrial look of Chelsea Market though. I think I need to go back here again, hopefully when it's less crowded. Maybe I will appreciate the uniqueness more if I have a second, longer, look.

I made these stand alone paper trees and incorporated them in with my Halloween decorations. There is a link to the tutorial by A Little Hut on my blog.

This is a prototype for an upcoming project I'm working on. It's rough around the edges but good enough as a first attempt at making a tree from paper.
More details about this on my blog.
