So... I had a problem finding a good box to put my prints in, so I ended up making my own packaging. Inside is about 20 4x6's and the package is made with a Roundys bag and cardboard... Inkjet printer and tape. Lovely.

While confined indoors with a little flu I thought about packaging, walked through the house and photographed some. Quite badly I might add.
We overpackage, there is no doubt about it. And its become not only an environmental but a security issue

Meat packaging is a #multidimensional market which is composed of different sections. The main objective of meat packaging is to deliver fresh meat to the customers. There are different ways to package the meat depending upon the type of meat being packaged.
In this article, we are going to talk about packaging of different types of meat.
Beef
Beef is usually packaged in the larger plants. The type of #packaging appropriate for beef is the vacuum packaging. Large cuts of beef are packaged in the vacuum packaging bags and then, with the help of machines, oxygen is removed from the bags. This oxygen removal extends shelf life of the meat.
Color #preservation is another important factor which the packagers take care of while removing oxygen from the bags. For effective color preservation, a variety of inert gases are injected in the bags. The purpose of these gases is to provide ideal environment to the meat being packaged.
These large beef cuts, after being packaged, are shipped to the grocery stores and retailers.
At grocery stores, the meat is packaged using a stretchable plastic meat film along with a bottom foam tray. The film and try are placed on the heated pad which causes film to shrunk, making a bond with the tray.
Seafood
Seafood packaging process has to be quicker for the better prevention of aging of products. Right after the processing, the #seafood is quickly flash frozen.
Many packagers quickly do the canning of seafood after its processing. The freshness of foods is maintained with the help of special materials and machines.
The type of packaging required for the seafood varies depending on the type of seafood you are packaging.
One thing worth mentioning here is that canning and freezing are forms of modified atmosphere packaging. The inert gas which is commonly used for the seafood preservation is carbon dioxide. This gas extends the life of fish up to 300 to 400 percent.
Another way of packaging seafood is the flexible packaging. This type of packaging uses poly bags, laminated films, vacuum bags, and thermoforming film. The type of flexible packaging used for seafood packaging is usually capable of withstanding freezing temperatures.
Poultry
Poultry falls under the category of perishable foods because it can perish due to the growth of microorganisms. And like other types of meat, it requires modified atmosphere packaging to be able to have better shelf life. The poultry’s ideal packaging process is much like seafood packaging which needs carbon dioxide for extended shelf life. However, the concentrations of carbon dioxide required for the packaging of #poultry are lower than those used in the packaging of seafood.
Poultry packaging of full chicken and turkey are different from the packaging of their cut pieces. The whole products are packaged using vacuum and shrink packaging.
For the packaging of poultry pieces, the foam trays and flow wrapper are used. Flow wrapper uses two rolls of film for the perfect enclosure of meat and tray.

Packages brought to you by me. Brilliant photos brought to you by the amazing guys at AGI in dayton. If you have the cash, their shit is totally worth it.
I created these packages for a redesign project in school. It started out with just the macaroni noodles and expanded from there and I ended up liking the other two packages just as much if not more than the original. I will have more pictures of the rest of the package up soon. I just had to get these beauts up here asap.
It bugs me that something so small has to be wrapped in so much junk. I've read some numbers that claim over 1 billion ink cartridges are sold each year worldwide.
See notes for details.
Another eBay package came today. I’ve been meaning to buy this odd knock off body ever since @aubreysilver posted about finding them on Aliexpress but I wanted to buy it with the protection of eBay heh. I actually bought one the same time I bought my Allan and Eegee Andy head lot back in June but… it got lost around Russia so I finally took a chance on another one after being refunded.
This knock off body uses a Fashionista Ken torso and upper arms and legs but it uses Pivotal Ken forearms and calves. I’m really surprised at how high quality it feels for a clone doll cuz the vinyl limbs aren’t all shiny and greasy but rather relatively matte. I had to carve off excess flash around the joints before posing him but for a $5 body it’ll worth it.
I’m a little surprised how pale this body is cuz Andy has been on my clone Kristoff body since I got him and the match is better. However if any of my dolls had a farmer’s tan it has to be Andy I guess.
Also I got some Kumik pumps for She Ra which fit her perfectly.
So @dollsahoy ‘s package for my birthday got here like 5 months after my actual birthday but I’m really excited cuz I’m a big glutton for doll clothes. I have zero passion for making them so it’s always fantastic having new stuff from Andrea haha.
Surprisingly there was also stuff from @ragamuffinsquad that Andrea included. That includes this Skipper Outfit (that I’m itching to debox for a Momoko), a few collector heads, Mother Gothel, Fashionista Ken and a whole bunch of factory clothes.
Andrea sewed up so many nice things and I already dressed a few dolls but there’s a bunch leftover.
Also she included The Asian Bowl but in miniature, a Maccas Witch and vintage Barbie toys, the AA Hiker doll and Eegee Andy.
Ahhhhhhhhhh im so sleep deprived but excited.
Thanks so much Adventures of Tintin for my cool package. I will get your packge out soon. Just need to get some Nandos supplies :P
