This model’s shaping was inspired by a terrific sketch from Jim Francis, before I started working geometry.

I haven't been able to bring myself to open these yet, they just sit on my shelves and every now and then I go and admire them :D I love the tiny illustrated swing tags SO much!

Maybe I'll put them on the girls today...maybe I won't...

2009 Digital File Packaging by {.kristin.}

All digital files sold to my clients this year will come on a USB drive instead of a CD. So much easier!!

Here is my packaging for them (although I just ordered chocolate brown Chinese food containers instead of the clear ones).

On this USB drive are 3 folders. One for full sized for print and another full of the resized files for the web, e-mail, etc. The third folder contains the reproduction release, printing recommendations, information on crops, recommendations on showing off pictures online and the good ol' "I am not liable for color being off if you print them at a cheap lab" line as well. :) In 2009 customers will also receive a 5x7 copy of each of the digital files they purchase so they can see what they should look like when printed.

Oh, and I ALWAYS give chocolate with ever order. :) They need something to eat while they look at their pictures. :)

NOTE: I plan on ordering smaller drives in bulk online. This is the cheapest drive I could find here in the stores and it just happened to be a 4GB drive on sale for $9.99. I don't need anywhere near that much space.

I have many nieces and nephews... and I really like to give them all a little gift or something at Christmas. They're aged between 1 and 20... so I often have to do a lot of thinking ;).
