I never know what to do with this sort of spectacular stuff other than just look at it. Can't seem to find a way to incorporate it into my Christmas scenes around the house, (not with touchy feely kids around anyway), and besides, I just don't have the space. Gaahh, vintage packaging. It's unparalleled! <3

My package from asia with my holga camera. It was such a cute thing to see in my tiny mail slot at my apartment.
My boxes! Kraft or gloss black with strips of Tokyo newspapers and peach/ivory shaded string. The card is one of my Thank You notes.

This was made for a care package intended for shipping. The panforte was sturdy so I just wrapped it with clingfilm before using a fan/circle fold of patterned tissue paper. The paper seal in the middle was another free gift tag from a Martha Stewart magazine layered with a clear sticker with my initial. A paper seal hides all sins (or imperfections, really)!

When we went to the supermarket in our last trip to London, we've noticed that, "Our packaging project could go to next level". This second edition has one more variation and now, we are showing all brand names with simple text & same font, without logo or corporate sign in it. The font is Helvetica Neu Bold. Our question is similar with the question in our first post!
What is your choice in these 4 different variations?

I sent out this package in 2011(!), it got lost some where and never arrived.
It just arrived back at my house today! Almost 3 years later!
It's a big mess, with holes, stains and it was opened, but I think everything is in it still.
How strange is that!
Got the package yesterday! Repaired Finn's feet, and Ninten's hat and bandana. Made jake a custom baseplate because his feet didn't go very well on studs. Didn't realise that the iron man was decool :/
Now I have nine of Ethans customs!

~ adjusted to the mood & spirit that August carries {or at least is supposed to carry} with, soft greys, whites, naturals & touches of blue have been used for the packaging of some recent orders. {some handmade, paper boats here & there, too}
~ I try to keep the packaging in our shop always fresh { and the mind creative ;)}, avoiding repeating the same design more than a few times, though of course a certain guideline & style have been established.

Our concept was to design a packaging using nutritional facts about the food product. For the milk carton, we used the four sides to inform about the caloric ratio, nutrience balance completeness, ingredients and amount per serving.

After a few years of hoping to find a better condition polybag of the Infomaniac, one finally came up on eBay a few months ago.
While I'll admit it was expensive, it is worth it since it's an incredibly hard to find minifigure still sealed with no ink chipped or rubbed off from the inside of the bag onto the Infomaniac. Unfortunately my first sealed polybag of this minifig had this happen rather badly.
I dare say finding an Infomaniac sealed in the polybag in mint condition is harder than finding Mr Gold because kids would have immediately torn open the polybag when they got it out the big box PC game it came free with, so not that many examples would have survived to be in such good condition 21 years later.
I am still a bit unsure of the clamshell version of the Infomaniac, but as far as I can see with the research I've done, this version was related to a specific box variation that had a unique sticker saying you could mail in for a Infomaniac minifigure rather than him being included inside the box. It's possible this clamshell packaging he's in was what he was posted inside to those who mailed in for him.
The polybag version came from the first few runs where the boxes were actually printed saying he was free inside, and then later they added a sticker to the regular release to say he was free inside. Presumably they had more of him than they did printed boxes saying he was inside, after all, there were 200,000 of the Infomaniac made.
The quilt rejected and returned in the Doll Quilt Swap is now going to its rightful owner in an angel package. One person in this swap - and she will know who she is when she sees this photo - knows that this quilt should always have come to her in the first place.
The lady parts faux pas has today been turned into a pincushion - could there be anything more sophisticated than a lady parts pincushion? I don't see how.
