An eye in the sky
Keeps watch over us
We need never see
The machine will guide us
They want you to follow them
Walking in hordes
For you and the others
There will be no remorse
Think! Think! Think for yourself
If you don't escape now
Then you'll live this hell
Freedom and security a cold empty shell
Pain or something like it, all the memories just as well forgotten...nothing matters because it's the time of year when the sun's down before we're fully awake, when the full moon hardly shows from behind the stars and the only thoughts worth having are thoughts that come just before sleep, making the pillow their grave and inviting dreams instead. We collect these dreams like dying stalks of wildflowers, brittle, lost, then gone forever.

Come here.
Don't ask why?
Tell me what you see?
When you look me in the eyes.
Okay.
I accept your jokes.
Cause it's soughta strange.
But look me in the eyes.
And tell me what you see?

Thank you to my Kalthanis for helping me with the dreaded hair. It's a lot like me and any beach I've ever tried to perfect in SL. It takes a gentle hand, one you prove to have time and time again.
Words are written by me on paper from the book "The True and The Questions" by Sabrina Ward Harrison.
In the Morning Light
Begins a new day
Golden light dances across
As the wild grasses sway
Majestic peaks and mountains all stand guard
All under the watchful gaze of a blue sky day.
Another work of short poetry or prose to complement the image captured one morning as I was walking around and exploring the area around the Lake Shastina area near Edgewood, California. With this image, I got behind some tall wild grasses and captured an image with a look beyond to more distant mountains. I decided to close down on the aperture as I wanted to have at least some of the backdrop partially in focus. But the grasses were the primary focus, and I was drawn to them because of the sunlight on them and the golden colors it brought out.
We're back again with Cory's and Rachel's "all i need is a moment" project and this is my first contribution for week one... last year the project was a success and I am so excited and honored to participate this year again...
