Freezing cold could not stop us from taking photo. A photo from the Parliament Canada, Ottawa. Luckily, we got there the day after a snow storm. Everything is so beautiful where the fluffy pile of snow cover on them.
The problem was where to put the ice cream.
you can't just toss it into a trash can, it's a hot day, it'll melt, melting was the problem in the first place and now you've got melted ice cream in a trash can you're taking out your trash and there it is, you're not gonna clean it how the fuck do you even clean a trash can out's gotta come the hose and you gotta let it drain and fuck whoever left ice cream to melt in my trash can.
So we didn't want to do that, but do you put it on the grass or on the ground, it's biodegradable, sure, but it's a mess until all the earth's animals come out to take it away in teeny tiny bits and before all that you've got a mess.
And what if someone sees you just dumping ice cream on the ground?
So maybe the gutter, that was my idea, the gutter, just put it in the gutter, it'll wash away, we'll be fine, I'll whistle like we never did nothing and no worries it'll be like we never even had ice cream. What ice cream? What's ice cream? We're just two photographers out for a stroll, I don't know shit about no ice cream.
We have our laughs, Laura and I.
...that I don't have a problem.... but not enough time... :-)
This is Yarow, one of the Dogs from Zbyszek Kunert (PL). I was in Austria last weekend - Sled Dog Race in Sportgastein.
Unfortunately there was a storm on Saturday so only on Sunday the stage was opened for the race.
A lot of dogs of course, a lot of fun with great people.
I will miss this kind of action on the weekend for the next months. It was a great pleasure to be on those events with the mushers and the beautiful dogs
When trying to read on my sunny patio in the evening with a cool, refreshing drink, I too often get distracted by the sunlight and how it moves across my borders. Normally I just sit and stare, and wish I had my camera.
Yesterday, I actually moved and grabbed my camera. Really hoping it doesn't become a habit; i want to keep enjoying my evening reading.
Apologies for no commenting today. Problems with Flickr all day. Sometimes I can access my own page - but sometimes not even that. And no success with anyone else's page either. State of play this evening! Having to give up for the night. Maybe things will be working tomorrow - hopeful!

The Year 2000 problem, also known as the Y2K problem, the Millennium bug, the Y2K bug, the Y2K glitch, or Y2K, is a class of computer bugs related to the formatting and storage of calendar data for dates beginning in the year 2000. Problems were anticipated, and arose, because many programs represented four-digit years with only the final two digits ā making the year 2000 indistinguishable from 1900. The assumption of a twentieth-century date in such programs could cause various errors, such as the incorrect display of dates and the inaccurate ordering of automated dated records or real-time events. Companies and organisations worldwide checked, fixed, and upgraded their computer systems to address the anticipated problem. As a result, very few computer failures were reported when the clocks rolled over into 2000.
"OK little buddy, we have a break in the rain. Go potty and poopie. Come on, please. It's day two and I know you can't hold it any longer. I have a nice chunk of rib eye in my pocket. Fine it's the old cheese we won't eat, but you sometimes do. This isn't going to happen is it? You're going to go on the floor the moment we go back in, aren't you? Well I tried and no, you can't have the stinky cheese that's now stuck to the inside of my pocket."
Sadly the PBR release created some problems due to how differently alpha textures are rendered now. This was particularly apparent on the hairbases of many of our styles, so we've been busy correcting this issue on the following listed hairstyles. Fomapan 200 developed in diafine (3+3) Can anyone tell me what could be the problem? The strange spots are all over the negative even in the unexposed parts.Another curious thing is that the film doesn“t have any numbers or film maarks.
Thanks in advance
Hi Everyone,
Just a quick note to let everyone know what it happening!! My wife was admitted to the hospital on Tuesday and will just say that the issues have not resolved!! Please no emails at this time because I don't have time to address them!! We only have questions at this time and no answers so it will do no good to speculate!! I ask that for those of you who pray that we would appreciate it if you kept her in your prayers!! I will try to get back here as soon as possible and fill everyone in but it has been a 20 hour day today! Peace and blessings to everyone!!
Thanks to all. Jerome

I took this last night after a pretty frustrating scenario. I had blue skies at home all day, saw nice clouds roll in at about 2 ish, and thought, I will get down to the beach at Nanven or perhaps Land's End. I drove 1 hour to St.Just only to find black clouds, no sun, no colour or anything! I drove right past the most fantastic cloud formations and just kept thinking it would be as nice if not better down there. Anyway, the end result was that I shot almost entirely in B&W.
The other major problem I had, was that in my excitement to leave in the great weather conditions, I forgot to check the tide time booklet. I ended up at the most amazing beach around, at high tide! Bummer. The whole rocky place is covered at high tide so I got this shot of the boulders in the stream that flows into the sea there. They did look particularly oily and nice, and I am happy with the result.
I just got Photomatix pro, and put two exposures through the 'Fusion Blend' option. This shot is the result plus some dodging and burning. I am very happy with the look and feel of it compared to HDR. It can blend different focal points together as well as get rid of noise. Superb. I recommend it for a less obvious way of blending images that is fast and reliable. Early days on it though, so will try a few more 'subtle' blends. Thanks to Kevin McNeal for his blog about it, It tipped me over to buying it after having the trial version for ages. Thanks for looking.

And then, half way through the roll, a problem. Apparently, something went wrong with the film transport, so instead of advancing by at least 25-26 mm after each shot, the film was advanced by only about 4-5 mm, which means that you can see at least 6 individual shot on the one 24x36 mm scan.
I checked afterwards whether there is a mechanical defect in the camera. There isn't - the film winding spool firmly turns and so do the two cogs that advance the film by almost 6 sprockets per lever action, as they should.

The problem with memories is that the ones that really hurt you sticks like Tattoos on the wall of your heart.Itās a memory that is stuck in your head. Itās in the past, but it comes back and bites. Itās a tattoo because itās a memory that hurts, but doesnāt disappear.
Wish we have a choice to delete the ones which you hate haunting you and save just the ones you like to cherish...
