This Western Lowland Silverback male Gorilla (named Jasiri) displays his long strong Popeye-like arms. Quite impressive muscles on this male - he must be “strong to the finich ‘cause he eats his spinach”. Admired at the Calgary Zoo (2024).

This 13 inch fish is not from around these parts. The nocturnal Popeye Catalufa is found in the Pacific Ocean from California to Peru. It's also found in the Denver Aquarium, which is where I saw it : )
