Upper part of the shirt of the new UWYH ("use what you have") PJs. I mentioned here (photo of my new PJs) already that there have been some problems with the fabric, the most serious being the stripes showing mostly on the left side of the fabric.
Here you can see what this means: the sleeves - and the shorts which can be seen in the other photo - are showing the 'wrong' side of the fabric (but the stripes are kind of visible), the chest part shows the right side (with perfect stripes).
Some parts of the fabric where just blue without any white, which turned out to be perfect for the neck part!
(No, I don't know why anyone was selling such fabric at all, nor do I know why anyone would buy it - it wasn't me for sure!)

Christmas pjs for my girls and niece! From oliver + s' Sleepover Pajamas pattern, sizes 12-18mo, 4 & 7. Main fabric from www.etsy.com/shop/funbytheyard, trim from www.stitchhousedorchester.com/.
name: Apple pjs
made for: E, A, M
size: 7, 4T, 12-18mo
status: Completed
date started: September, 6, 2012
date completed: November, 8, 2012
working notes: Started tracing pattern pieces for size 7 on 9/6/2012. Done with everything except buttonholes & buttons 10/2/2012.
The 2 larger one were done by the end of October. Just cut out the 12-18mo and hope to finish it up within the week. I wasn't sure I was going to do the smallest out of the same fabric but I had enough leftover from the very generous amounts given in the pattern for the other two. The trim will be cut out of the leftovers from size 4 (the size 7 did not have enough leftover).
Smallest and last pair done on 11/8. Now what are the chances I will get the money shot of all 3 kids wearing their pjs in front of the tree?

Haha.. funny times. Size 16-18 or maybe even 18-20 of the pyjama bottoms we wanted.. and they didnt have our size so me and katie just insulted them and fat people and then decided we could probably fit into a leg each..
And then we stretched them over a few hangers, while a few old ladies walked past commenting on them :)
Another UWYH ("use what you have") project - I'm not particularly fond of green, let alone turquoise, but I was given this fabric, so I decided to use it. :o)
It wasn't enough and I had to buy some for the pants, so it's not complete UWYH (seriously, noone I know would have had a matching green fabric at home).
Going through all my cotton knits and making cooler summer PJs for the kids. I've made this set for my daughter 4 times- it's so quick and easy and really cute on her with the lettuce edges.
Ottobre Summer 03/2007, top is design 4 (with just one piece on the arms) in size 86, bottom is design 10 in size 80. Neither are supposed to be PJs- but, they're very comfy and work great for us.
The top here is a cotton lycra that I got on ebay ages ago, cotton stretch velour for the bottoms. I use wooly nylon on my loopers, even during the construction- it makes for very soft seams- great for PJs!
To kick off the “PJs and Paws” campaign and build buzz for Karen Neuburger pajamas, the nationally recognized brand hosted a dog walk in the suburbs of Chicago in Yorktown Center!

This is my natural state... in pyjamas. I love them and can't get into them fast enough when I get home. Also love my crocs... yes I know they are ugly but they are super comfortable around the house :)
We've been trying to get a shot like this for a long time. The problem is, of course, that the nightgown goes on right before bed, which is not a good picture-taking time, and Kira tends to want to get naked shortly after waking up in the morning.
The nightgown is a gift from my mom's aunt Dolly, handmade. Kira loves it.

PERSONAL FUN FACT: This was always one of my favorite looks from Luciana's collection. Besides her Stellar Outfit, this might be the best one! I was so excited that my sister found this for a great deal in 2025. She surprised me that summer for my birthday with a Luciana doll she found on eBay. Lucy came with her Flight Suit. Colleen wanted to get me at least one other thing from her collection. She found a listing that had these jammies and a pair of underwear. As it turned out, my doll didn't have panties on, so I needed the ones from the pjs lot! It was a pain styling Luciana's hair into the space buns, like they advertised her with in catalogues. But it was well worth the hassle. This is just a killer combo...the hair, the outfit, and my gaudy handmade earrings! I definitely will get so much use out of these pajamas for years to come. Unlike Lucy's Space Suit and Flight Suit, I can use these anytime on any doll! They are the sort of thing that looks fantastic on everyone too.
“The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they're supposed to like, what they're supposed to buy, and what they're supposed to laugh at.” - M.M.
FIGHTING! :) Me wearing my comfy fleece pajamas bought in Korea. They were CHEAP as in quality. That night the seams unraveled and the socks had a hole in them >_< PJ FAIL! But I looove the hoodie :)
