Today Henry and I had the pleasure of enjoying Señor Pip’s special chili recipe.

Although Farewell Dinners are always a bit of a sad occasion, we kept everything cheerful. Pip’s excellent chilli was a big part of that and we happily praised his cooking skills.

After dessert we were so full that we all were quite relived that we were already on the couch, we all lied down and had a nice siesta.

Tomorrow we would have to say goodbye to Henry, booh, but luckily we'll be back very soon hooray.
