In 1927, Elm Street Pharmacy opened its doors in Greensboro, NC in the Bishop Block on N. Elm Street. It was the only drugstore in what is considered to be the first shopping center in a once suburban area of Greensboro. In 1977, Frank Burton became the fourth owner of the drugstore, which was renamed Burton's Pharmacy in 1984 when it moved to its current location at 120 E. Lindsay Street. Pharmacists Frank Burton and Stuart Gordon, along with friendly and knowledgeable staff, are dedicated to providing excellent service to everyone who walks through our door.
