it is one of the oldest continuously running pharmacies in Europe, having always been in business in the same house since the early 15th century. It is also the oldest commercial enterprise and the oldest medical establishment in Tallinn.

(346/366) Despite the crowds it was lovely to wander around Waterford city centre on Sunday evening, the shop window displays were so bright & inviting. Our pharmacies don't just dispense medicine they sell a wide variety of gifts too HWW!

Coming back through town after getting our second Covid shots, I took this photo with my phone. There was no where to stop here, and I had the same âwe donât stop for anythingâ chauffeur. In fact, I think you can see our truck in the window.

My aunt was a pharmacist this was her first job after graduating college. She was one of the first women pharmacists in the country. She also taught pharmacy at Duquesne University here in Pittsburgh. She later went on to own her own store as well.

Galician market square - it's a replica of a Galician town square from the second half of the 19th century, inhabited by Polish Jewish and Rusyn populations. Besides reconstructed houses from various Subcarpathian towns, there is also a genuine Jewish house, firehouse, tavern, post-office, chemist's, shop, barber's and others.
Rural Architecture Museum in Sanok (skansen) is a one of the biggest open-air museums in Poland. It was established in 1958 by Aleksander Rybicki and contains 200 buildings which have been relocated from different areas of Sanok Land (Bieszczady, Low Beskids, PogĂłrza, DoĆy Jasielsko Sanockie) . The Sanok skansen shows 19th and early 20th century life in this area of Poland. The park is divided into distinct but similar-looking sections â each featuring an ethnic group living in the region prior to the post-WWII forced resettlements. (Boykos, Lemkos), Dolinians (Dale Dwellers) and Polish Uplanders (pl. Pogorzanie) homes and churches have been transported there from surrounding villages, restored to original condition and furnished with authentic objects of the period. One can go inside many of the buildings including several homes, a school house and a Roman-Catholic or Greek-Catholic church.

Rynek galicyjski - rekonstrukcja typowego maĆego podkarpackiego miasteczka z II poĆowy XIX w. i poczÄ tkĂłw XX w. z galicyjskim rynkiem, ze wszystkimi jego funkcjami. W okresie tym wyksztaĆciĆ siÄ zuboĆŒony typ szczytowego, drewnianego domu mieszczaĆskiego, z podcieniami wokĂłĆ rynku i w waĆŒniejszych ciÄ gach ulicznych. Galicyjski Rynek oficjalnie otwarty zostaĆ 16 wrzeĆnia 2011.
Muzeum Budownictwa Ludowego w Sanoku (skansen) â pierwsze i najwiÄksze pod wzglÄdem liczby zgromadzonych obiektĂłw muzeum etnograficzne w Polsce zaĆoĆŒone po drugiej wojnie Ćwiatowej. Muzeum prezentuje kulturÄ ludowÄ pogranicza na obszarze pogĂłrzy oraz wschodniej czÄĆci polskich Karpat (Bieszczady, Beskid Niski). SÄ to tereny, ktĂłre do lat czterdziestych zamieszkane byĆy przez kilka grup etnograficznych, z ktĂłrych PogĂłrzanie sÄ grupÄ polskÄ , Bojkowie, Ćemkowie i ZamieszaĆcy sÄ grupami ruskimi. W zakresie zainteresowaĆ Muzeum w Sanoku znajduje siÄ kultura ludowa, budownictwo mieszkalne, gospodarcze, przemysĆowe i sakralne wszystkich grup etnograficznych. Obiekty przenoszone do skansenu prezentujÄ formy typowe dla wymienionych grup etnograficznych. MoĆŒliwe jest wejĆcie do wielu budynkĂłw, w tym do kilku domĂłw, domu szkolnego i koĆcioĆa rzymskokatolickiego lub greckokatolickiego.
