If you take a photo from a certain angle or from a less common perspective, you can suggest that it looks different than most people will perceive. For example, I tried to make this photo as if it looks like a jungle while it is a city park and that of course was built by people. Welcome in the jungle of Gouda, were fantasy meets reality.

Als je een foto vanuit een bepaalde hoek of vanuit een minder gangbaar perspectief neemt dan kun je de suggestie wekken dat het er anders uitziet dan de meeste mensen zullen waarnemen. Zo heb ik deze foto geprobeerd te maken alsof het lijkt op een jungle terwijl het een stadspark is in de mooie historische stad Gouda en dat natuurlijk gewoon door mensen is aangelegd. Welkom in de jungle van Gouda, waar fantasie verandert in realiteit.

The dune area behind the beach of the popular Dutch seaside resort of Noordwijk is a very beautiful sandy area with hilly dunes and various trees where you can really enjoy walking. I took several interesting photos here that I will be sure to upload over time on Flickr. Soon during my walk in this area my attention was drawn to the small strip of blue water in the arid environment there. The combination of the vegetation around it, the sand and the mountainous sand hill background makes this part of the dune area extra beautiful and special. I took the photo from this point of view, paying attention to perspective and composition. I leave it to the imagination and creativity of the viewers to discover my intention of shooting the photo in this way.

Het duingebied achter het strand van de populaire Nederlandse badplaats Noordwijk is een heel mooi zanderig gebied met heuvelachtige duinen en verschillende bomen waar je echt heerlijk kan wandelen. Ik heb hier meerdere interessante foto's gemaakt die ik in de loop der tijd zeker nog zal uploaden hier op Flickr. Al snel tijdens mijn wandeling in dit gebied werd mijn aandacht getrokken naar het kleine strookje blauwe water in de droge omgeving daar. De combinatie van de begroeiing er om heen, het zand en de bergachtige zandheuvelachtergrond maakt dit gedeelte van het duingebied extra mooi en bijzonder. Ik heb de foto vanuit dit standpunt genomen en hierbij heb ik gelet op het perspectief en de compositie. Ik laat het aan de fantasie en creativiteit van de kijkers over om mijn bedoeling van het op deze manier fotograferen van de foto te ontdekken.

Según indica su acta de matrimonio con Serafina González de Hoyos, registrado en la ciudad de Salta el 9 de septiembre de 1795, nació en España en la localidad denominada Villa de Reinoso, en Castilla, en 1770. Algunos autores señalan que podría haber nacido en la ciudad de Salta. Fue hijo de Francisco Álvarez Arenales y de María González.
Según el genealogista Narciso Binayán Carmona, era descendiente del conquistador, explorador y colonizador español Domingo Martínez de Irala (1509-1556); sus antepasados tenían un remoto origen mestizo guaraní, que compartía con muchos próceres de la época de la Independencia y con grandes personajes paraguayos y argentinos.
En 1784 llegó con su familia a Buenos Aires, donde fue educado para seguir la carrera eclesiástica. Arenales optó por la carrera militar.Durante la primera campaña logró cuatro victorias en Palpa, Nazca, Cuesta de Tarma y, la más importante, la batalla de Cerro de Pasco. Logró tomar varias provincias para los patriotas: Ica, Huamanga, Huánuco, Huancavelica y Pasco. Los realistas temieron perder contacto con el interior. En 1819 se incorporó al Ejército de los Andes en Chile.
Designado gobernador de Cochabamba, obtuvo sobre los realistas la victoria de La Florida 1814 y ocupó la ciudad de Chuquisaca. Se incorporó al ejército de José Rondeau, con las fuerzas que pudo reunir, lo siguió luego en su retirada a Tucumán después de la derrota de Sipe Sipe 1815.

Pero el legado de Jane Goodall trasciende los hallazgos científicos. Fue una mujer que, en un mundo científico dominado por hombres, abrió caminos y demostró que la pasión, la perseverancia y la sensibilidad también son fuerzas transformadoras en la ciencia. Imagen capturada en hora punta en la Estacion del Norte de la Ciudad de Valencia (en valenciano Estació del Nord), también conocida históricamente como Valencia-Término, es la principal estación de ferrocarril de esta ciudad. En 2010 recibió más de 14 millones de pasajeros de los cuales más de 11 millones se correspondían con sus servicios de Cercanías.
Es una estación terminal de carácter monumental y estilo modernista valenciano inaugurada en 1917 por la Compañía de los Caminos de Hierro del Norte de España, quien encargó su construcción a uno de los arquitectos de la compañía, Demetrio Ribes. En 1941, tras la nacionalización del ferrocarril de ancho ibérico, pasaría a manos de la recién creada Red Nacional de los Ferrocarriles Españoles (RENFE). La estación destaca tanto por su riqueza ornamental como sus grandes proporciones. En 1983 fue catalogada como Bien de Interés Cultural. Goza también de la consideración de estación histórica por parte de Adif.
Está situada en el centro de la ciudad junto a la Plaza de toros y a escasos 200 m del ayuntamiento. Dispone de conexiones con las líneas del metro de la ciudad y con la red de autobuses urbanos. Además de estar enlazada con un servicio de autobuses lanzaderas con la estación de trenes de alta velocidad "Valencia-Joaquín Sorolla" También ubicada en el casco urbano de la ciudad.

Image captured during rush hour at the North Station of the City of Valencia (in Valencian Estació del Nord), also known historically as Valencia-Término, is the main railway station in this city. In 2010 it received more than 14 million passengers, of which more than 11 million corresponded to its Cercanías services.
It is a terminal station of monumental character and Valencian modernist style inaugurated in 1917 by the Compañía de los Caminos de Hierro del Norte de España , who commissioned its construction to one of the company's architects, Demetrio Ribes.
In 1941, after the nationalization of the Iberian gauge railway, it would pass into the hands of the newly created National Network of Spanish Railways (RENFE). The station stands out both for its ornamental richness and its large proportions. In 1983 it was cataloged as an Asset of Cultural Interest. It is also considered a historic station by Adif.
It is located in the center of the city next to the bullring and just 200 m from the town hall. It has connections with the city's metro lines and with the urban bus network.
