Replaced a 12-month old mobo with an 880GM-E43 MSI. MSI now markets their mobo's as "military class", perhaps they picked up a military contract in China.
Phenom II 955 3.2ghz AM3 Black: 8GB DDR3 240pin PC3 12800 RAM, 40GB SSD primary, 1TB HD secondary, DDR3 1GB PCI-E ATI video, Windows 7 Pro 64-bit. Start up and restarts in a flash. Props to MS, over a year of heavy use and not one OS hang up or crash.

The Ergotron LX arms allow for moving the monitors all around. I quickly positioned 2 in a stacked configuration here, and spun the left one 90° clockwise, and pushed it out to the edge a bit. I have a lot of options this way, but I do wish they could lift higher, so they could be eye-height with me.
My Nvidia 8800 GTX with stock HSF idled around 69 degrees, 90+ under load. These cards can take it. But the Thermalright HR-03-GT VGA Cooler I installed takes it down to 53 degrees idle, 63 under load. Superb cooling.
What felt like years later (still the same weekend, though), I got the old Shuttle PC to boot up through the Matrox TripleHead2Go to 3 monitors. This is its boot up splash screen. I hadn't installed anything yet. I just plugged things in, and it auto-spread the pre-Windows stuff to all 3 screens - a good sign.
The desk lamp matches the arms pretty well, and the side legs of the desk, although this is all hidden behind the impressive façade of monitors. It sure looks awfully robotic back here, though.

First time I turned it on!!! Worked first time. One issue: power cables were kind of shoddy and pins popped out (easily pushed back in) and so for a while there it was not recognizing the hard drive was attached.

Note: I did not take any photos of the process of mounting the Asus P5QL Pro mobo in the Power Up case. Sue me.
I had to get used to switching to dual flat panels years ago, and 3 is a new onslaught of photons into my eyes. It's like being out at the beach on a sunny day, but it sure is pretty. The next big step will to get them all playing a subtle animation of a rippling water scene, or a field, with all the grass swaying in the breeze. I'm aiming to fully replace the usefulness of 'outside' once and for all :)
Before being able to turn on the third monitor, I wanted to get a sense of how it would feel to sit in front of all 3 of their warm, glowing rectangles. At this point, I sense not yet the power of 3 monitors, but the void in my heart, and cone of vision, thanks to the presence of a whole display unlit in my periphery.
