This is the first tendril spiral photo I took in 2018. I remember the day well. I was walking Spencer in the morning and spotted this tendril spiral with a dew drop. I didn’t have a camera with me and when the walk was done, I returned to take this picture. I was in a rush because it was a Saturday and we were going to the farmer’s market. I hoped the dew drop would still be there and it was. That was the moment my passion for tendril photography was born.

Well, I was playing with some paint chips trying to get an effect, I was focusing manually, the camera moved slightly and I saw this! I spent the next hour recreating it and another hour and a half editing it. I hope you like it, well I like it anyway!!

This Passion flower is only 1ft above the ground, I have to lay on the ground to take this shot, wind speed is 6miles/hour, sunny evening sun thus produce the warmmer tone!!

I regards this as great shot.

I had no idea that passion flowers would grow in my part of the world. Always thought it's a tropical plant. A couple years ago I got this plant for my yard but then I had to fight the bunnies. I won and got rewarded with my first blossom this year ;-)

I want to thank you all so much for your kind words and condolences - very appreciated. I hope I'm on the right track now and will return to flickr more often.
