This Osprey was flying overhead under clear blue skies during an early afternoon near Fort Pickens on the West end of Pensacola Beach Florida.

This service uses the Sydney Trains network to avoid the higher track access fees on the ARTC SSFL.
From the 1st of January 2026, this service will switch operators to Southern Shorthaul Railroad and the bulk NPHH/NPRF/NPRY cement wagons will stop running.

This is an overhead view of old Fez (Fès), Morocco. You can clearly see some of the old city walls just outside the old medina. The old medina of Fez was designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1981.

I looked straight overhead to get this shot and I was impressed with the shape of it. Of course, this old guy had to lean against the car in order to not lose his balance. But where there is a will, there is a way.
my hubby and I spent a day at Wakodahatchee Wetlands park in Florida completely overwhelmed at the number and close range of wood storks - by the hundreds, flying overhead. This shot tells the story.
We live along the northern border of a string of mountains, it is not unusual to have opposing weather forces meet overhead, each holding it's place in the sky for a time.

The spot where we go to see the black swans is near the Air Force aerodrome. They often do training exercises with these big planes. I was taking some photos of the swans when I heard the noise of the engines and I managed to get a few photos as it flew over my head.

So this is the center column of the Evan V. Jones Parkade in downtown San Diego. So the first time I went to take photos here I was kicked out by the security guard for taking pictures. Really?! I then came back with a friend after making an appointment with building management. Such an ordeal for a couple of shots... but the setting was pretty amazing. In fact, in this photo I was sitting in a small, well-manicured garden that grows in the eye of the parking structure.
