Taken on Mt. Quandary in Colorado
After overcoming the mental and physical challenges of our first 14er, we starting rushing down to avoid the afternoon storms. The extra 2 miles in the morning and the melting snow had left us tired and wet, but these goats seemed to have a much more enjoyable time on the mountain. Overcoming Test Anxiety Tip: Understand the symptoms. Test anxiety manifests in symptoms like insomnia, rapid heart rate, shallow breathing, lack of concentration, and digestive problems. These symptoms interfere with the ability to perform well on the exam, which further aggravates the anxiety in a frustrating cycle. Don't try to fight the anxiety -recognize it as a red flag and use it to your advantage. #testanxiety
