Dis-used farming equipment and silos dot the landscape. The effects of a seven-year drought and the subsequent decline of Wheat-farming in Australia's North-west Victoria has led to hundreds of farming families leaving the land to re-start their lives in regional and capital cities.
Outback is located on Wolf Road near the Best Western Albany Airport Inn in Albany, NY. It's a great steakhouse restaurant!

This is a string of natural springs about 5km off the Oodna Track just before (and an extension of) Coward Springs. We didn’t bother with Coward Springs itself as it was just before 1500 when we went past it and the grey nomads were starting to roost for the night.

This location opened on November 7th, 2012 and was originally located here; it was originally a Chi-Chi's, which opened in January 1985 and closed in September 2004. It became a Cheeseburger in Paradise on May 2nd, 2006, which closed in summer 2012.

I made a pizza I dubbed "Taste of the outback" ... lemon myrtle, garlic & tomato base with topping of goat's cheese, marinated kangaroo, apple, pine nuts and sultanas
