These photos were taken in the area of Longreach. The Outback is the vast, remote, arid area of Australia, although the term colloquially can refer to any lands outside the main urban areas. It is, in fact, a vast area that has a wide variety of wildlife in it.

Just a few weeks shy of its 7th birthday, our 2001 Subaru Outback VDC rolled over to 100,000 miles!
