Keep Out....Until Game Time??
Back in the day this sign would of never worked as when I was young (1970s) we would be playing unsupervised baseball games all the time. We would climb over fences to get to a field if needed, didn't matter how many kids we had (8 to 18) didn't matter, we were playing.
Today.....where are all the kids. I never see a ball game that isn't either little league or travel ball, what a shame. The pickup games we used to play were the best!
And today is the Detroit Tigers first game of 2025......Go Tigers!
watching the hummers today; quite a site! Making the sugar water extra strong sure does make them hyper........lol............
The vaccine has arrived. I hope that this will be a changing point for the corona pandemic and that we soon can say goodbye to this disease and all its consequences.
52 weeks of 2021 - Week 1: Out with the old
This shot is from inside my Ford F-150 truck. I happened to notice this little guy hanging around so I grabbed my camera for a few shots. Of the shots I got this is the best one. Frequently some part of the spider is out of the focal plane etc and the shot isn't all that great. If anyone knows anything about this particular spider I would like to know what species this guy is.

Quebec Central SG2 leads a train out of Joffre Yard up the grade at Breakeyville, Quebec. June 6, 2009.
These 2 are just like my last 2 dogs and were passing by while on look-out duties from the roof top of their hoomans canal boat. I thought they looked quite comical yet very content living the good life!
Outside a hotel ready to head off to a restaurant with a lovely friend. Definitely out of my comfort zone, but I had an amazing time. A few inquisitive glances, but as usual people tend to just leave you to it!

Shopping in girl mode is always fun, even if I do have to wear a mask. That sweater dress I am holding turned out to be fab and I will post a pic sometime of me in it.
A new client named Bambi has graced our studio for her first ever full transformation.
She kindly left us her testimony: “At my first visit, I went for the 6-hours girly day experience. Time flew by. After the full make-up and four outfits, three wigs and some makeup corrections, time was sadly almost out. I’ll have to come back soon. Cindy is a very easy and calm person to communicate with. So I quickly felt at ease. Absolutely recommended.”

I actually got the chance to escape for a few hours last night. It was a spur of the moment thing so no outfit planning took place hence the grab what was close to hand look.
Well the weather was a little unpredictable so sensible was the order of the day.
So what did I do? I headed out to see Alice via a shop to see what they had. not much!
After a natter and a cuppa with Alice I set of home via yet another shop this time it had some nice stuff but I was really taken with a brighter than bright yellow jumper that I really should have bought but didn't.
