Out Late for A Moth.
It was taken near the Metro at Noon today, maybe it had been out “Clubbing” or even been to the Moth Ball… sorry.
Cinnabar Moth… the first one I've seen.
Had some fun with my tripod in the new shuttle of Munich Airport, before being kicked out by security ;o)

I thought this rural B&W photo might be a fitting post considering our surging gasoline prices. I came across these two old farm tanks in a farmer’s field near Panora, Iowa, and photographed this scene with a Holga lens on a digital Canon camera,
I will still be mostly off for awhile. My wife’s surgery went fine, but she is still in the hospital recovering and will likely be transferred to a rehabilitation center within the next few days.

We’ve travelled down to Norwich, Norfolk.
Burnley play here tomorrow and kick off is at 12.30.
We’re going to be in the Director’s box for the game… a first for me.
I’ll be watching the game with my pal, Nic, whilst our wives go exploring around Norwich.
We’re staying in the Holiday Inn which is at the football stadium.

A view from the tent of our wild camping night above Staffin on Skye. The best campsite ever. A trip out by British Sea Power is just right.
While on Caldey Island I was lucky enough to see this beautiful red squirrel hiding up in the trees. It was quite dark but I could hear him chirping at me to leave as I was too near to his feeding station so I knew he was up there somewhere! It's not the best focus but I was happy to get a shot as they are a rarity these days.
