Caught this on my way home from a bike ride. The cattle do this just about every afternoon that it is warm.

So I wondered how it would look in Infrared...of course.

CP 6262 and IC 2457 lead CP 286 through Atkinson Road in Green Oaks, Illinois after the morning rush came to an end.

Had my first evening out in London last week since before the lock downs began, great to be out with people again, and great to see the smaller streets of Soho blocked off to traffic and the drinkers and diners reclaiming the streets, on what was a gorgeous warm evening.

Überraschung beim Waldspaziergang –

ich hatte glücklicherweise die Kamera dabei, weil an dieser Waldlichtung manchmal Sperber zu sehen sind.

Die Fähe mit 2 Jungen hat uns sicherlich eher bemerkt. Die Jungfüchse waren zu schnell für ein Foto verschwunden.

Die Füchsin sichert die Jungen bis wir außer Sicht waren.

Surprise during a walk in the forest -

Fortunately, I had the camera with me because sometimes you can see sparrowhawks in this forest clearing.

The female with 2 kids certainly noticed us earlier. The young foxes had disappeared too quickly for a photo.

The vixen secures the cubs until we are out of sight.

It would be silly not to vist the Red Rocks in Jemez while out this way

This bird seemed to have something in its bill and I couldn't figure it out until I saw it in my camera and saw that the bill was defective. Must be handling okay since it looks healthy to me.

Sorry this is the last puffin shot that I will put up for a while..but I just thought that this one was sooooo cute sitting on the rock with its fluffy feathers and its eye catching the light!!! This photo made Explore #244 on April 29th 2009
