A cutting-edge robotic submersible carries out covert reconnaissance and fiber optic sabotage in the ocean depths, showcasing the integration of advanced spy technology and AI in marine intelligence operations. In this artwork, Duncan Rawlinson explores the latent space by merging contemporary photography with artificial intelligence imaging techniques, resulting in a compelling depiction of underwater espionage and high-tech surveillance, with the robot designed to inspect and destroy undersea fiber optic cables.

How many human bodies can fit inside a digital image of a body, or the recording of its voice? What is the scalar relation between digital data and the material of the world we inhabit? This project aims to performatively explore the absurd extremes of scalar difference we encounter every day as contemporary citizens of technocracy.
How many people can fit in a terabyte? How many carbon nano-fibres does it take to weave my underwear? As the quantities and volumes we encounter reach ever further to the extremes of size and smallness the old notion of human scale appears to obsolesce. Yet the Human scale is our standard of all human meaning, and this hasn't changed yet, or has it?

All Marcabian Confederate Operatives: another day of peaceful and non-violent social uprising is to take place July 12th, 2008 against the Cult of Scientology worldwide. This is our sixth major operation. We will be deep in enemy territory. The epic failures of the Cult of Scientology will be recorded.
Our objective will be to expose the dangerous and secretive Office of Special Affairs (OSA) within the Church of Scientology, whose sole objective is to silence critics both within the cult and in the general populace. OSA has proven time and again that no dirty trick is beneath them, from sifting through garbage to infiltrating government offices. Once exposed and neutralized, Anonymous Operatives worldwide will be unhampered in their attempts to educate the public about the abusive and absurd practices of the cult and its leader, David Miscavige.
