the pattern on the white choc was done using my new wood-pattern stamp, I cut out some triangles with no idea how I would put them. After sticking two of them on the cake trying to hide the cracks on the ganache (damaged done while I was transferring the cake to a clean cake board..HUGE SIGH), it suddenly looked like a Sydney icon to me.. if i get the smallest one to point to a different direction I guess it would really look more like our Opera House..

Sydney Opera House
Sydney is the state capital of New South Wales and the most populous city in Australia and Oceania with an estimated population of 4.76 million. Although the area around Sydney has been inhabited by indigenous people for tens of millennia, the first British settlers arrived in 1788 and founded Sydney as a penal colony. Since convict transportation ended in the mid 1800's the city has become a global cultural and economic centre. The name Sydney is derived from Thomas Townshend, Lord Sydney, who was responsible for authorizing the establishment of the settlement.
The Opera Suites are located on high floors with large window and a balcony overlooking beautiful sightseeing to the street. Decorated in a stylish palette of neutral shades with colourful accents, these rooms offer spacious accommodation, luxurious facilities and particular space for honey-moon couples with bathtub design. Available with choice of kings, twin or triple beds with a comfortable living room, furnished with sofas, chairs and a coffee table. These rooms can accommodate up to maximum 3 adults. An extra bed is available upon request.
