These are an extreme experiment on HDR tone-mapping. I think the technique works better with complex highly textured images. The smoothness of these images... well... I'm willing to learn to like it... but... I'll have to give it some time to see how I feel...

Lomaki ruins are not at all far from the citadel ruins, and if you were to keep going down the box canyon there are more ruins but they are out of bounds. Off trail and from what I could tell looking through binoculars not much more then piles of stone. This shot is taken right after sunrise.
