In 2021 the Limes were added to UNESCO's World Heritage List.

Bit of a distorted stitch from multiple photos, but the weather and light were just too good to ignore.

Taken with OnePlus 7 Pro (ignore the camera tag) using a ported version of the Google Camera app from a Pixel, and saved as a raw DNG file. The file was them processed using DarkTable on a Linux machine.

Once you notice the steps, you get a feeling of the scale of this beast

I have no idea what this is and how it got here, but

a) it's about the size of a large football

b) it seems like it was brought here by one of the recent storms

c) it looks heavy, pointy and quite deadly
