This is from a few years ago when I had joined numerous MEET UP groups on line as I didn't know the area that well and where people go. I saw a Saturday night party and decided to go knowing I would probably be the only Tgirl there, as was the case in reality. Sure I was nervous to do it and go but I really wanted to go. I tried really hard to look good and got into the mindset of acting like a female, using my feminine voice, and just being in a good friendly mood. I was lucky to meet Marisol while we were on line to go in and we quickly became friends and teamed up you can say to be each other's wing girl for the evening. Upon entering we checked out the place that had a big bar area for socializing and another room that had a dance floor with some seating. There had to be about 250 people there and a guy to gal ratio of around 2 to 1. It really felt good to be one of the gals at the party! We went to the big bar area and a nice gentleman offered us adjoining seats at the bar. I thought it was a great advantage to be one of the women and be offered a seat , I could get used to this! We ordered drinks and the man next to us told the bar tender to put them on his tab! I could really get used to that! Marisol and I got to chat and get to know each other while some men did come over to talk with us as it seemed a lot of people knew each other from previous parties. When Marisol got up to say hello to some people she knew she asked me to watch and save her seat. I was pleasantly surprised that several men came up to me and started talking with me, the first one introduced himself and said he hadn't seen me a parties before and I told him I was new in Florida. I guess I was doing a good job in my acting and looking female as none of these men asked anything at all about me being trans and I have to tell you this was thrilling me to no end making me very happy! Two of the men I had talked to gave me their numbers and asked me to call them sometime and one guy told me about another MEET UP group he is in that I might want to join! OMG I was about jumping out of my skin about how well this was going and cannot tell you how good I felt !
When Marisol came back I told her some guys had chatted with me and about the 2 phone numbers I had received. She laughed and said she had told me that I looked really good and that the people at the parties are very friendly. Yes, I had told her about me being trans and she just thought it was interesting and wasn't judgemental about it at all. We decided to get up and walk around a bit an mingle. In the other room where the dance floor was a guy came up to me and told me I had great legs and would I like to dance! I looked at Marisol and she nodded so I did dance one song with the guy which was pretty fun. We talked with other girls and guys there and I met so many different people ! I deemed this a big success and I think the bubbly side of my personality showed up and made me more passable as a fun and friendly female! Before leaving the party pretty late ( I didn't want the night to end!) Marisol and I exchanged info and she asked if I wanted to go to the group's big Halloween bash in 2 weeks with her and her sister. I said yes immediately and was so happy this party turned out so well for me and would lead to another! Marisol and I exited together and one of the men who I had chatted with inside was walking out and kind of yelled over to us in the parking lot "Lisa, it was nice meeting you and hope to again"! Low and behold the next day I looked at the group page on line and they had posted some photos of the party and I was even in a few of them! And I got several messages from the group page from men that were at the party, all very nice messages ! WOW !!!

While trying to get to a family function in Listowel, Ontario yesterday we missed a turn and found ourselves on a side-road, specifically Line 87. It was snowing pretty hard and while going ‘just a little further’ to make sure we had not inadvertently failed to go far enough, I spotted this isolated old farmhouse in a large open field. In the snow, it looked like a vintage, hand-tinted photo. I stopped (luckily no other vehicles out there in those conditions), grabbed the camera and got off a few hand-held frames before turning back and retracing our steps, eventually winding up in the right place. So I had an image in the camera and an impression of how it was supposed to look. A lonely farmhouse in a snowstorm. - JW

Description 📄:
On a sunny day in early winter, two Rhaetian Railway type ABe 4/16 electric trains are travelling together on line R15. The two trains, 3119 and 3144, are also called Capricorn, and are travelling on line R15, which connects the village of Scuol in the far east of Switzerland, to the village of Pontresina, a little further south. The line takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes, over a distance of about 60 km, and is served by a train every hour. Today, ABe 4/16 electric trains are used on this line. The announcement for the purchase was launched by the Rhätische Bahn (RhB) on 4 April 2015, and after being won by the Swiss company Stadler, the first composition numbered 3111 was delivered on 27 June 2019 and put into service on 17 June 2020. From there, another 60 compositions followed, which can now be taken on the RhB network, together with the older ABe 8/12 sisters called ‘Allegra’. The arched viaduct made of stone bricks was built back in 1911, and crosses the river Inn. It has a length of 113.4 metres and reaches a height of 49 metres.

Qbuzz BV (subsidiary of Busitalia, Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane group): the articulated bus number 3442 (Mercedes Benz O530G Citaro C2, registration 05-BDP-1) arrives at the bus station of Groningen, next to the railway station, working a service on line 4 of the Q-link fast suburban bus network.

Renfe Mercancías S.A.

Renfe Mercancías S.A. (Renfe Operadora group): For the umpteenth consecutive summer, line 240 is affected by trackworks. This time, the Iberian gauge rails are being replaced, as well as other infrastructure works. For this reason, several sections are once again operating on a temporary single track.
Adif's ineffectiveness is scandalous, given that these works could have been carried out in previous summers, making them compatible with the implementation of the third rail.
These works, once again, have resulted in the reduction of Rodalies services on line R4 and a brutal impact on freight traffic, with enormous delays and frequent train cancellations. This is aggravated by the critical situation at the Can Tunis terminal in Barcelona, where works are also underway and operational inefficiency has reached incredible levels.
Here we see a long train with 25 RailSider Shimms wagons for transporting sheet metal coils, running on the banalized track toward Sant Vicenç de Calders. It is hauled by the dirty electric locomotive 253 097, a Bombardier-built TRAXX F140DC (8076 / 2010).

Last Sunday at Cracow Museum Line the N cars shown in the picture where in service. According to the plans 4N+4ND #43+573 should be on line 0 but unfortunately it was out of order.
Apart from that the train shown above also had issues and went back to the depot in the afternoon.

Hello
Since October I've had very little opportunity to indulge in any transvestite activities whatsoever. By this I don't mean those rare and wonderful moments when I do actively engage in dressing up as a woman but I have not even had much opportunity to go on line and discuss the topic on forums or browse the pictures of other cross-dressers (an activity I always find positive and inspiring).
I am very keen to dress as a woman but as usual I have no opportunity to do so. I found I had a few hours alone today whilst monitoring a job that requires periodic attention and have at last managed to get on line for some Helene time. As a result I cannot resist the indulgence to post another video I made in October as Helene.
I am aware my pictures and videos are barely looked at with very low viewing numbers but I never really expect anyone to look at them anyway. I've always felt the reward was the sheer daring of actually posting a picture or video on a public forum such as Flickr or You Tube. I acknowledge the content of my images and videos is highly personal and offers no insight or interest to other transvestites but as a transvestite who so rarely gets to cross-dress the outlet is important to me personally.
If by chance you are actually reading this then the point I am trying to make is do not be concerned with being popular and avoid the expectation of high views or comments. If you do receive them then that is undeniably nice and a bit of a thrill but I know my pictures and videos are not very good so I never expect others to look at them. As I say the main thing is the personal reward of actually posting publicly. Don't feel disappointment if no-one looks. To have had the nerve and courage to post publicly is, I find, reward enough and brings a sense of achievement and satisfaction.
There are certain T-girls on Flickr and You Tube who always attract a lot of attention and I know some feel disappointed their own pictures do not achieve the same response. This is not something one should feel low about. It's just how it is in all social groups, not everyone is popular and there are always those who are. One should enjoy their own indulgence in cross-dressing and gain from the excitement and contentment it can bring. Posting the picture publicly is a memento to oneself and that I find is truly rewarding. Any views or comments are nice bonus but not something one should place to much emphasis upon.
I acknowledge some transvestites do desire a lot of attention and compliments but that's human and to be expected. Not all of us can look great as women despite our inner desire to look feminine when we cross-dress, we can only try our best and enjoy the experiences. The popular transvestites who do attract attention I personally find to be inspiring in making me try harder in my own meager efforts to look like a woman. They do actually push me to more self reward so I'm pleased they post their pictures.
I am trying to stress that self contentment is more important than popularity. The popular T-girls are fortunate as they physically can look female. As we are men it is difficult for us to look female but the achievements of those who are rightly popular with browsers can aid us to get the most from our own efforts by inspiring and firing our enthusiasm. It's all about enjoying yourself and pushing your boundaries. Flickr has at times been inspiring to me and always gives me renewed enthusiasm to try and improve in my own cross-dressing efforts. We can't all be popular and acknowledging this will lead to more reward and contentment.
Have a great 2012 - Helene x
One of the earliest people I use to chat with on line back in the 90's after I gotten a computer and connected to the internet. I met Harvey in an AOL chat room back in the mid 90's. very nice man, but I might have thought I was annoying wanting to chat with him so much. He introduced me to Pedro from Lisbon, Portugal when he was visiting. Pedro and I striating communication and we became best friends. Harvey lived in San Antonio, Texas and I visited him for the first time back in 2010 when I was attending a reunion. We talked and had lunch, told me he was a translator for the Military in Germany. He since passed away, but he was an interesting individual.

Due to work, I've missed a few super sunsets this last week or so.
But, photography isn't all about sunsets alone, so I took my gear up to my folks house and shot this plant that I noticed a couple of weeks ago.
I shot it one handed with my macro lens - the other hand was occupied with my diffuser. I'm sure there's an easier way...
