Very recent in 2018 NXWM took late night journeys back.
sat down taking photos down some steps on a fishing thing and there was some rustling in the leaves and it was this little fella who must live there in his hole at first i thought flip a rat but then i saw it and thought it was cute he also had a friend but i couldn't get them both together.so i put some bread near hole and he came out grabbed it and ran back in.
and before anyone says you shouldn,t feed rats they have a right to live just like us and when i'm out round there again i will feed them again
I just happened to be walking through the park and saw a wedding party through the corner of my eye. Took this pic as I continued on my walk. This was nearly 6 years ago, I truly hope they have been blessed with a loving marriage.

Unusually for this view and this time of day and year there are no obvious vapour trails to intrude though there are probably the remains of some just above and to the left of the sun.
Manchester Airport is more or less straight ahead, over the horizon and a long way off thankfully, and it does seem to attract aeroplanes.
