I was at a back Yard Barbeque and asked this gentleman to pose for me with his son...some may say it's way over processed but I like it!
Oak House - ok, I'll succumb to the occasional over-processed tone mapped image - but not often, I promise!
Heavily edited and processed New Horizons false color image of Pluto, released on 14 July 2015, in anticipation of the large number (if slowly arriving) of images to come over the next eighteen months.
Struck me that the tree on the left is the Yoga teacher, trying to show the elders how they need to twist to massage their innards and expel any toxins (oh yes Im a modern man who has attended yoga sessions :))
Might have over tweaked the colour here. One thing I have only just started to pick up on is that my shots can look very different on other computers. What looks ok on my screen can sometimes appear a little over processed on others.
Processed (and over processed) picture of the bottle of mugi-cha (roasted barley tea) I had for dinner.
Heavily (over) processed New Horizons false color image of Pluto from a few days ago, arranged as a grid of Plutos.
Trying out Topaz adjust for free 30 day trial to see if its any better than nx2 or photomatix. Some of these will defo look over processed until I get the hang of it.
Heavily (over) processed Hubble Space Telescope image of the "Pillars of Creation" in the Eagle Nebula (M16).
Clouds obscuring my view of the Eclipse. A bit over-processed. i started by trying to recreate what i was seeing through my polarized sunglasses... and then just started having fun.
This picture, as taken, had very even tones and lent itself to the sort of over-processing in Photoshop that I kind of hate. Despite this, I think this picture turned out fantastic and there is hardly any noise present. What little noise is present I could have corrected for by hand but I didn't want to feel all the shame that goes along with being so obsessive about something so trivial. [Edit: I did it anyway and took a long shower afterwards.] Despite the excessive post-processing -- noise reduction, b&w conversion, clarity adjustment, etc. -- the picture is still natural-looking until you pixel peep and even then you can only see funkiness at the hard light/dark edges. This could probably be printed very large.
Subject is a pair of Sennheiser HD 570 headphones.

Please don't pinch my pictures. If you'd like to use them, then let me know. I probably won't charge, but it's nice to be nice, right?

Portage and Burnell, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Raiding the archives for lost gems.... This one's a re-do of one that I think I might have over-processed way back when.
Panorama of Curiosity images showing layered rock in front of Mount Sharp. I over-processed this image...
2010 - Day 102. Apr. 12, 2010.
Daily Shoot - Look for colors that complement each other and make a photo using complementary colors to full effect today.
This will no doubt appear over-processed to the purists among you. I've had my fill of reality today, so I added a sketch filter with my Fractalius plugin for Photoshop. Part photo, part sketch the colours pop.
Processed (and over processed) picture of the bottle of mugi-cha (roasted barley tea) I had for dinner.
Conor Pass, Dingle Peninsula, Ireland. We were too late to catch the light, so this is a bit over-processed.
Dieses Bild dient in erster Linie dazu, die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Fortsetzung des Ostsee-Albums Die Ferien des Monsieur Hulot zu lenken ;)
Eigentlich gehört es hierzu :)
It's a flower & a bee, over-processed....probably one of the most common photos on flickr. This is a token offering as I have nothing else to offer flickr at the moment.
I photographed actor/writer/director Brendan Jeffers against a seamless grey background.
Lighting: 2x BOWENS GEMINI 500. One white shoot through umbrella as my overhead light, one strobe no diffusion as rim. I used a white piece of white foam core for fill for a lot of the shots we did, but I can't remember if I used it on this one.
Background shot HDR with 3 exposures: two stops under, normal and two stops over.
Processed in Adobe Photoshop CS5.1 and Camera RAW.

Yesterday it hit 38 c, too blinkin hot. What to do on a hot night in Melbourne, get out the tripod, jump in the car, head to the city and have a go at HDR. My first real crack at it, way over processed but I just love color!

7 image vertical stich in Photoshop, thought I'd try a bit of over processing to bring out starkness of the Jurassic coastline on a very wet miserable overcast day.

A little frog. Wasn’t very sharp, so it’s a bit over-processed with onOne Perfect Effects to cover up. It was rather dark in there.
Day four of my headache. Awesome.
I *think* I'm nearing the end of this madness. Today I was able to do more than load myself with pain killers and sleep.
All I've got today is this horrible over processed crazy blue/red tinted photo of me.
This has been over-processed in Lightroom in an attempt to salvage a noisy and soft image. Best viewed at small sizes since the reduced size looks sharper than it really is; 100% size exposes the poor quality. Fortunately, these birds are frequent visitors to my yard. Something to try for on another day.
