I love these chips. 0 trans fat & 0 cholesterol. I just can't stop eating them sometimes :)

The makers of these chips, Oregon based Kettle Foods have a great story too. They operate their fleet vehicles on bio-diesel made from their own cooking oils. Solar arrays mounted over their factory rooftops provide for a certain part of their electricity needs. They have partnered with Renewable Choice Energy to buy wind energy credits to offset their electricity consumption. (via www.treehugger.com/files/2006/10/kettle_foods_of.php)

The chips taste great and the company that makes them sound great. Hence my photograph and my little pitch :)

Organic food mela that happened at Lalbagh last month.

this was one of those weekends where we had no plans. friday night I felt like I was getting sick after a totally busy work week and bagged on some social plans. went to bed early and woke up feeling good.

the weather was beautiful on saturday. the three of us went for a long walk and stopped for breakfast... Anna got a call for a sleepover and we love the people who had her over. it is one of anna's very best friends and we dig the parents...so we got a sitter and went out with them! i played bocce for the first time. we had SO much fun.the more i drank the better i got at bocce! we drank tequila, laughed, i even smoked a clove with bekah - ha!! Mr. Cat rocked This on karaoke and we danced till we were sweaty. At the end of the night, the four of us sat in my car with This blaring and singing every word. my cheeks hurt from laughing so hard.

we slept in today, went out for eggs benedict and spent the whole day in bed watching crappy reality tv. I NEVER do that and I wasn't feeling sick, just tired - so it was really nice. anna came home and I watched two movies with her. she wanted to make me dinner (mr. cat went to bed at 7!) and she did that and I am excited about going to bed soon.

i took no pics this weekend. and that's ok. but i snapped this awhile ago. because it's all good. i love when things happen organically and everything turns out awesome. this shot sort of sucks, but the weekend didn't and that's what matters.
