Always keep your eyes open. You never know what you're going to see.
Sorry guys! I've been busy recently and left without a word. I'm back for now and I just took some pictures today from an outing with a couple of my classmates because it's our nation, Singapore's 44th Birthday!
I'll be catching up with all your streams very soon!

Small-leaved lime (or linden; Tilia cordata) flowers in full bloom.
Kwiaty lipy drobnolistnej (Tilia cordata) w pełni rozkwitu.
I captured this one in the parking lot of the Ontario Metrolink Station. The evening sun provided rim lighting for this fence ornament. In the background are out of focus trees, shrubs, and the station's driveway.
Here is a short photo slideshow that is called "Fences".

This old net loft or processing plant overlooks the small boat harbour of Rough Bay on Malcolm Island. It appears to still be in use to some extent, where others nearby are definitely beyond use as they are or have collapsed over time. This is a working harbour with a long history of fishing and boat building.
One of the most intriguing textiles we saw being made here are the rugs that are fabricated from old used salmon gill nets - possibly out of this net loft. We were told that currently there are only two industrious ladies on island who make these rugs. They are very beautiful and the one lady who had some in her shop wasn’t sure she was ready to sell them yet as the nets she made them from were over 100 years old. They take hours and hours of time and patience to make she said.
Dream or Reality
My Interplanetary Memories
Interplanetary Travel
That day, when I saw this giant planet right in front of me, I had a huge feeling of emptiness inside me. In the face of this sight, a feeling of loneliness began to grow inside me. While discovering giant planets suitable for life in the depths of endless space, I was also discovering my own loneliness. In time, I realize that while searching for life forms on these giant planets suitable for life, I am also trying to find myself. Maybe I'm a space traveler on a journey to the depths of space to find my lost life. This is a journey to space, which is very difficult to return, maybe to find myself again and come back to life. I don't know. I can't understand why my past life has been keeping me so busy lately. Maybe it is against human nature to be alone for such a long time. I stop thinking about my past memories as the giant gas planet with rings soars through the sky. I'm starting to dream. This is the dream of a new life. I dream of a new life for myself. Thus, I thought I could suppress the emotions that were interfering with my scientific research. This worked for a while. My dreams were comforting and satisfying. I was able to experience the emotions that I can only experience on planet earth, on these other planets with the dreams I had. I was now able to experience all the emotions that I felt worn out and missing. However, the dreams I had had started to hurt me more after a while. I didn't even notice the passing time. I was so caught up in my fantasy world that I could no longer distinguish between reality and fantasy. I was dreaming so realistically that when I came back to reality, I was incredibly unhappy and hopeless. For a long time, daydreaming allowed me to continue my explorations in space. But now the situation has changed a lot. My dream world that I had created caused me a great lost time. I started daydreaming in front of this giant gas planet landscape. And that would come back to me as huge emotional pain. Would I solve my problems by making new dreams? Or would I get rid of all my problems by facing the truth? Over time, I began to ask myself more and more questions. And I couldn't find an answer to any of my questions. I was nearing the end of a situation I couldn't get out of. I don't know what awaits me there. I think I could hold out for a while longer. Maybe it's time for me to explore a new planet.

The jetty at Bicheno, nestled in Waubs Gulch on Tasmania’s east coast, is a charming timber structure that plays a quiet but vital role in the town’s coastal rhythm. It’s managed by Marine and Safety Tasmania and serves as a modest but functional point for small vessels, fishing, and coastal access.
Just north of the boat ramp near the Lobster Shack, the jetty is part of the scenic Foreshore Walk—a favourite for locals and visitors alike. It’s not a grand marina, but that’s part of its appeal: it blends into the rugged coastline, offering flat access to the water and a front-row seat to the Tasman Sea’s moods.
If you’re wandering down Jetty Road, you’ll find yourself at Waubs Bay beach, where the jetty quietly anchors the scene. It’s a great spot to watch the sunrise, cast a line, or just soak in the salty air. And if you’re staying nearby—say, at the charmingly renovated Jetty’s End shack—you’re only a couple of minutes’ stroll from this coastal gem.
I thought it made an excellent image capture, what do you think?

Toad in the Bokeh
I've been doing a lot of flowers lately and needed a little change of pace. Sooo, here's a toad. I really must get out of my house and backyard once in a while! :)
YEU61 heads back into the yard with steaming woodchip loads after spotting and pulling Lane Forest Products.
I came across this slightly larger than usual sparrow which I thought at first was a Song or maybe a Fox Sparrow. The upright crest has thrown me though is this a subspecies or something else.

217 construction core. If you've ever traveled through the Beaverton area, you know why everyone hates this freeway. The Hillsboro switcher passes by in some nice lighting, hauling 2 boxcars pulled from Interantional Paper on the Beburg drill. After returning to Tigard, the crew would put together a train for Albina, with the UP power from the previous night's soda ash storage movement.
This was a 10-image stack, my first time giving this a try with a puffball. Sorry, I wanted to post a single capture. My first time for this type of capture. When they're ready just vibrate the ground.

It's a gallon of gas, or a cold six pack
One goes in my tank, one comes in a sack
Makes life complicated when it costs the same
Hell it ain't no fun, to do without one
But I'll do a lot of walkin' if my motor don't run
It's a tough ol' choice to make if you know what I mean
It's either beer or gasoline...
