Ponte Sant'Angelo, originally the Aelian Bridge or Pons Aelius, is a Roman bridge in Rome, Italy, completed in 134 AD by Roman Emperor Hadrian (Publius Aelius Hadrianus), to span the Tiber from the city centre to his newly constructed mausoleum, now the towering Castel Sant'Angelo. The bridge is faced with travertine marble and spans the Tiber with five arches, three of which are Roman; it was approached by means of a ramp from the river. The bridge is now solely pedestrian and provides a scenic view of Castel Sant'Angelo.
In 1535, Pope Clement VII allocated the toll income of the bridge to erecting the statues of the apostles Saint Peter (holding a book, with the pedestal inscription Rione XIV) by Lorenzetto, and Saint Paul (holding a broken sword and a book, with the pedestal inscription Borgo) by Paolo Romano to which subsequently the four evangelists and the patriarchs were added to other statues representing Adam, Noah, Abraham, and Moses. For centuries after the 16th century, the bridge was used to expose the bodies of those executed in the nearby Piazza di Ponte, at the left bridge head. In 1669 Pope Clement IX commissioned replacements for the aging stucco angels by Raffaello da Montelupo, commissioned by Paul III. Bernini's program, one of his last large projects, called for ten angels holding instruments of the Passion: he personally only finished the two originals of the Angel with the Superscription "I.N.R.I." and the Angel with the Crown of Thorns, but these were kept by Clement IX for his own pleasure. They are now in the church of Sant'Andrea delle Fratte, also in Rome.

How cool is this. A restaurant that has fresh Crab or Shark. I didn't realize people ask for fresh Shark that much. Seems like they must or maybe it's just a specialty of the house.
Saw my old college room mate the other day. He was somewhat younger than I because I went into the military before college. I started talking to him and he looked at me and said, Jim is that you....So, I decided I'm never going out again
They are talking about going to tier 5 here, whatever that is. The only place I go is to the bathroom and the grocery store. Don't know how I can stop either one of those events.
Since 2 years now I moved away from Adobe Ransonware, I am wondering if I should go back. Sometime I feel On1 is not rendering image like LR/PS was doing. For now I save 16$ a month for 2 years. May be I should do a trial an see where LR/PS are now, I still can use ON1 as a addon.
Not sure if LR has now the luminosity mask like ON1.
... or geraniums as many of us call them. This was a hanging basket of mine ... I like the light and shadows in this photo. I'm not sure what the tiny bug is. I'm having a problem with one of my eyes that I had a cataract op on a few years ago, very blurry. I hope the photo is clear enough.

A good friend used to call male rose-breasted grosbeaks either Felix or Oscar (after the Odd Couple characters), depending on whether its "bib" looked neat or messy. This guy's bib looks pretty neat to me, except for the dribble at the bottom. What do you say?

The adult Lammergeier has snow-white feathers on its neck, shoulders and chest. On this white feather cloth, the vultures paint a rust-red color by bathing in soil or water rich in red iron oxide deposits.
