Single image. The nuts were placed on a piece of dichroic glass.

A vintage Nikkor 50 mm - f/1.4 lens was reverse-mounted on the camera using a reversal ring and a 27.5 mm extension tube. The aperture was set to f/5.6.

Hello my amazing Flickr friends !!

It is already Friday !! And we are celebrating another blue day at Color my World daily. Today’s theme at the fabulous Looking close on Friday Group is nuts.

I truly have the impression somedays that I’m going nuts ! Since the whole working from home thing, my schedule is very hectic … and some weeks are very, very busy. But I’m still very grateful to have a job and being able to work.

So here we got, lets celebrate nuts on this amazing bleu day !

This weeks weeks Macro Mondays theme was NUTS i've taken 3 small spanners and an adjustable with a nut in its mouth feeding the young lol hope you see the connection . THIS IMAGEIS NO MORE THAN 3 in these are small spanners I MADE SURE.....HMM FOLKS....

And after the photo I ate it! Yummy *lol*

Size: Less than 3x3 inches

The subjects are dried Chestnuts use for cooking. I used a red plastic container cover to produce the red colour. I tied it over the table lamp which is positioned at 12 o'clock . There is another small LED torch positioned at 8 o'clock.

I drew the shell and the peanuts. Everything looked peaceful.... I don't know who scratched with the red pen. It's bloody nuts!:-)

Hello my amazing Flickr friends !

Today is a red day at Color my World Daily and we celebrate nuts at Macro Monday.

And while I was searching for an idea for today’s picture I stubbled upon those 2 nuts kissing… The kiss was really very, very fast and I couldn’t believe my eyes: 2 nuts kissing, how that is possible ?

But the picture was already well tattooed in my mind so I had to recreate this whole scene… So here you go: two macadamia nuts kissing .

And now, I have to grab my coffee and join my video meeting… but I will be thinking about this crazy nuts kissing for sure !!
