Matching notebook and pen given the macro treatment. I tried to get the stripes lined up to enhance the shallow depth of field.

I bought a cheap notebook shaped paperback @ 無印良品 in Japan. This is for my group exhibition @ Kichijoji gallery. I doodled on this notebook!!! Looks much better! :)

ReNotes is the name of my DIY project dedicated to upcycling various paper waste into notebooks… There’s a lot of things that can be done; they’re always few clean sheets in old exercise books, all kinds of magazines is a good source of illustrations for application, packaging paper and paper bags for covers wrapping, etc.
