It wasn't just the Broads where the water was present. The park nearby had been flooded out in some place due to all the recent rain.
It made for some interesting scenes though. I partiuclarly liked this one, with the trees reflecting in the water.
Mac on a visit to Caister recently. No visit to the beach with him is complete without a portrait or two.
It's been far too long since Mac made an appearence on Flickr. He was with me while I was on the beach getting photos of the cliffs.
Here he is poised waiting for the all important tennis ball to be thrown.
With house prices as they are in London these river barges don't seem like such a bad idea for somewhere to live. There were certainly plenty of them along the river, I wonder how many were second barge homes??
My final shot of the day from Yarmouth. These buildings were orginally for resting sailors. I am not sure what they are for now, but they were definitely worth a photo.
I spent a couple of days at Centre Parcs in Woburn recently.
It was a pleasant time and there was plenty to do. I made sure to go on a walk round the grounds with the camera though. This is a view in the middle of the Park grounds with a view over the boating lake.
It wasn't just the Bluebells that were scenic. The path through the woods was very plesant, especially with the light filtering through the trees.
A grocers shop can be a surprisingly good place to get a few photos. I saw these fine looking oranges as I walked past & I decided to get a photo.
I would have stopped to get a few more fruit & veg photos, but the grocer was giving me a bit of a funny look, so I decided to move on.
One of my favourite times of the day is when the sun has just risen. The light is perfect for photography & you have the rest of the day to look forward to.
Before anyone goes calling the Navy, it was actually a green & white boat I came across called U509.
After LT 998 this boat is my favourite on Pakefield Beach. I got a photo of it in June:
There weren't just cars to see at the rally. The Lowestoft Dog Agility group were putting on a show. The group had a new member called Twix and he was very enthusiastic. Here he is leaping an obsticle with ease.

Those who regularly look at this stream might remember that I attended a photo class toward the end of last year.
A new series of classes has recently started up again & one of the tasks in week 1 of the class revolved round shooting CD's with water droplets on them.
This isn't actually one from the class, it's another one I did today in "The Studio". The CD was a bit scratched & grubby, I gave it a clean, but I think some of the imperfections still show on this.
I think I shall be having another go at CD shooting in the future, watch this space.......
This old car stood out as it was in a rather battered state. Unlike most of it's polished, well kept neighbours, it was looking a bit sorry for itself.
This purple flower is next door to the blue flower whose profile was the photo before this. I decided to go for a straight on shot here to make the most of the detail on it.
