I took a trip to Sheringham a week or so ago and came across the old rail line, known as the Poppy Line. Although I am not a train spotter (honestly), I thought this old steam train was a striking sight. It certainly got the actual train spotters excited. The only thing that got them more worked up was the fact one the trains nearby was being driven by a girl!
Big drama recently as I was asked to do the photography for a Wedding!
I agreed with a slight apprehension as it's no small undertaking. However on the day all went well and I had a very enjoyable time.
I didn't want to fill my stream with all the photos I got on the day as there were a lot. However I thought I would post this one which was from a slightly unusual angle & was one of my favorites of the big day.

The Norwich Dragons are no longer round the city, they have been auctioned off for charity.
However before the auction they were placed in & around the forum. I nipped there one lunch with the camera & got a few more photos of them. Here is a group of them from the back looking good in the sun.
I had a stage pass for a blues festival in Missouri a few years ago and had the opportunity for lots of up close shots like this.

One more shot from my evening on the beach. I had the tripod with me & used that to do a slow shutter speed shot.
There was still a bit too much light around for an ideal shot, but I did manage to get that misty look on the water.

Probably not the sort of cup to put your morning coffee in. This ornate specim gets the lightroom treatment.
A profile shot of a thoughtful looking Ostrich.
This shot made it to Explore on 12/10/2014 - thanks for looking everyone.
An expanded view of the striking light that was on view this Christmas day morning.
Hope everyone has a good day.
A serious looking Mac sets out his agenda for the year ahead. His top priorities are:
1) Playing ball
2) Going out for a run
3) Eating
4) Chasing unwelcome vistors away from his territory (these include cats, birds squirrels, foxes & other dogs).
Life goes on here...right from houses, markets to police stations, basket ball court, school, orphanage ...has all.

A favourite scene of mine just recently. The end of the day bought another striking sunset over Pakefield Church.
A striking sunrise recently with lots of small pieces of cloud creating a range of attractive colours.
