Perfect night at Fortaleza Canyon in Cambará do Sul, Brazil.
Located within the Serra Geral National Park, Fortaleza Canyon is one of the largest in Latin America.

Despite the cold and poor conditions at the beginning of the night, after midnight we were awarded with a perfect condition to photograph the Milky Way over one of the most beautiful canyons in Brazil.

Last night I shot the last train picture of 2021, and it was a decent train. A relatively clean Central of Georgia heritage unit leads a short NS 12Z manifest east downgrade through Shawsville. It's seen here passing the cemetery at John Farm. A flash decided to not fire, so its not exactly how I pictured it, but it worked out alright.
