Pacifica, a peaceful town on the coast of the Pacific Ocean between San Francisco and Half Moon Bay.

This is an older photo from 2011, I liked the full moon and the sign.

I just did not now how to shoot this place.

It was too obvious just getting the people all lined up.

A closeup was interesting, but flat.

Then as I was going back to my bicycle I turned around and 🎶

--- cue the photo music.... a tree, a puddle and drizzle -- 🎶

2 miles peddling home wet with a big smile on my face...

no wonder people were staring at the crazed old man...

gradually as the temperature dropped this autumn rain turned to sleet and coated the world in clear ice.

My fine feathered Flickr friend - Jim Hill - has helped me see the elegance of light at night.

In some areas of downtown they just built "over" existing structures.......
