MX20 KYY is a Wright StreetDeck new to Diamond Bus North West in August 2020 as their number 40765.

It transferred to Go North West in September 2023 under Bee Network franchising as their number 3453 and is seen here at Shudehill on Bee Network service 8 (Bolton-Shudehill).

These egrets really did seem to form a social network.

There weren’t many liveries that the versatile Class 31s didn’t carry; Network South East was one. With most of its services operated by multiple-units and the remainder in the hands of Class 47 and 50 diesels and Class 87 electrics, the passenger operator had little use for lower power diesels so this image is very much in the ‘might have been’ category. This is the original NSE livery with upswept white bands and white window frames; and a lighter blue than the later version (11-Mar-23).
