This flickr account was set up to store the negatives I buy at ebay, antique shops, flea markets, etc. I scan or photograph the negatives, process them, and then post them here. I enjoy discovering and revealing these images that otherwise might be lost.

I'm not sure if I got this "negative space" right.

I was playing with a graphics package at work with a photo I had taken of a sunset. I decided to see what it looked like as a negative image. I absolutely love the results!

This is from a series of old negatives found in an envelope in a box of photographs at a junk store in Dewey, Oklahoma. Some seem related, others do not. Most are damaged in some way and/or poorly executed in the camera and in the dark room. Many are over- exposed.

To try to make some sense of the group, all were scanned so that obscure details might be revealed.

a pic that I took of the sky while in Hawaii, I messed with it on my phone a made it the negative version

Photos from the EFCA's National Youth Conference, called "Challenge 94" whose theme was "Rock The Planet." It was held in Colorado Springs, CO. These photos are from the Calvary Evangelical Free Church Youth Group in Trumbull, CT

These shots of Pastor Jeff and Bryan Murphy are from negatives. I could not find the original photos.

Taken from a negative I aquired as part of a collection- probably Birmingham or surrounding area, probably late 1960s/early 1970s

最初にこのコマを見た時は「あれ?なんでこれだけひっくりかえったんだ?」と思ってしまいました。

たまたまの微妙な光のバランスだったんでしょうが、面白い。

This shot is negative.

When I watched it first , it looked like positive.
