This small beautifully shaped vine maple is just off the trail. Unfortunately late afternoon does not show it in the best light with the background being too bright, I will go back and try again!

Here I tried to edit it as a high-key black and white and blur the background. Somewhat successful?

A series of photos exploring natures patterns in our garden

Photos taken with my Sony camera during our visit to the Dolomites region in Italy in September 2024. The itinerary included Pinzolo, Passo Tonale, Ponte di Legno, Lake Garda, Riva del Garda, Lake Tenno, Trento, Nardis Waterfalls, Madonna di Campiglio, Lake Toblino, Sissi Gardens, Merano, Bolzano, the Brenta Dolomites, and Molveno. Without a doubt, it's a destination worth exploring!
