I have known Lane (aka Leslie) for over five years. I consider her on of my dearest friends. When I discovered we had known each other that long I figured it was time to make another book. While I do not expect to sell any books beyond the two I purchased, one for me and one for her, I did make it available on Amazon. My sole reason was so I could get an IBSN number and feel like I had a “real” book. So, it is a bit pricey, but for anyone who knows my friend you might think it is worth it. Actually if anyone wants it, let me know and I will arrange to at least get you back the few bucks (literally) that I would make on a sale. Amazon adds 15% to the price if I had it available only from Blurb.

I wanted a natural colored makeup girl. I need some new pastels soon, thought. The ones I have are only a few and lots of shades are missing. :P
This was my first carved nose!! I think it's a bit too much, but it can look better.
Also my first time using a makeup blushing brush to apply eyeshadow and blush. It makes ALL the difference! Even if it was a cheap one, it's sooooo much better than anything else I've been using. The pastels just blend so much nicely with the plastic, making a smooth & even effect. It's nice to try new things that work, even after all these years. ^^

I have no idea how long this little girl has been here, but she didn't seem too disturbed by my presence. Now I just wonder if my neighbor knows he has a squatter? x-)
Newest member in our Yashica Family! From 1964... still in its original factory plastic and leather case..."fresh" from Yashica's factory in Shimosuwa, Nagano, Japan. Never out of the plastic bag! Special '1964 Tokyo Olympics Commemorative Edition' (just kidding).

This was the first "real" camera I ever used. Before this I had a Kodak disc (yes, we are going back a bit) plenty of disposable cameras, and I believe one or two other cameras, just can't remember. This was my dad's camera which has been shipped over to me here in NZ. The funny bit. This was taken with my Nikon :) Thanks Dad and Mom!!
20-5582 was the newest jet with the 495th at the time of the photograph. Two more have since arrived.
to my flower garden. This is a Viva 'Big Red' Geranium. I think it's bloom color & sheen is the most beautiful I've seen on a geranium. Happy Scarlet Sunday! ;-)

There is, unfortunately, no non-awkward way to pose to take a picture of this and even then I'll never be able to get the whole horse because it wraps around. But I love it!
For those who don't know: my horse was killed in a tragic barn fire back in January. Coincidentally I was planning on getting this tattoo anyway because of how important horses have been to me in my life, but now it has turned into a tribute for my mare Tecca, the most important horse in my life, may she rest in peace.
In the background of this picture, hanging on my wall: her bit, found in the wreckage of the fire, and a collection of heartfelt letters of condolences from college riding friends that was sent to me shortly after the fire.

Disney concert and singing Lucky dolls are in excellent condition, Pop Divas football jersey outfit shows some wear, the skirts and wrist bands on the 3 football jersey dolls are horrible! I will be fixing them up in the future!
I believe she is a Katherine Johnson doll and few people know that after her successful career at NASA, she had a less successful career as a Jedi light saber teacher..
I've been seeing this occasionally over the years, and this is the first photo I've managed to get with the plate legible. The newest Robin I can find anywhere on the net apart from this is on a 51 plate.
It's driven rather swiftly by an old gent, and I'm determined to get a decent photo of it one of these days.

The cutie on the left I found in a salesroom at convention. She's a one off or cast off. I was told she was an end run and they sometimes do reroots. Any experts out there who can tell me?
